This week, I traveled to Lexington, Kentucky to camp with my good friend Ron! He took me to the Kentucky Horse Park and we camped in the Ozark Trail 12-Person, 2-Room Cabin Tent. For dinner Ron cooked what I'll simply call "Kentucky Fried Catfish" (KFC). Trust me when I say he introduced me to what will certainly become a new favorite campfire recipe... complete with baked apple fritters in the pie iron. I can't wait for you to see dinner, and where he took me for lunch the next day... a local Lexington favorite! So, grab your doggie-bag and let's get started!
