I don't know if you actually read comments but, I'm 26 and I found out I had borderline personality disorder when I was 20 very rough and messed up childhood due to the videos I've watched of you I would only suspect you could have the same condition as me as its something you get from trauma within your early life, its a condition that changes your brain completely, you can feel everything to its very core but then when you split it feels like you've never felt emotions before and nothing makes sense. I know my words probably don't mean anything to you but I really hope you find what you are searching for, it's hell when you just want answers and the people in society that are suppose to help us are the ones closing the door on us. I refuse to go to psychatrists now as I've never made it past the 1st meeting, I get passed from pilar to post. Good luck mate ❤

Im 44 suffer bad mental health got worse since my 40s i cant get a diagnosis either they just say its anxiety & depression im on pip now used to always work i have suicidal thoughts struggle with my demons alot dont see my daughter alot starting voluteering hope it saves my life as i miss social interaction dont drink im on and off cannabis cant seem to pack it in completely

He got his benefits stopped for not replying to a message which is part of his commitment anybody on UC us in the same boat its not a witch hunt not everybodys against you Darren

Here is a wild tip, turn off RU-vid and social media, go and speak to roofers or building sites those who need good labour and crying out for reliable stand up guys, then you can get a graft on and learn something to take forward. You seem physically fit and healthy.

There are people that have never been to jail or committed a crime that can’t see a psychiatrist. Unless you go private but even then the NHS won’t accept a private diagnosis most of the time. “Anxiety and depression” is a broad brush approach that covers everything unfortunately. How many adults have been signed off as “thick” or “a little c..t” to never find out they had autism or ADHD? It’s not right, but it happens to many many people.

Mate i suffer from anxiety, depression, anger management issues. Tried medication only fucked me up more, refused to carry on taking it. Offered me psychology sessions, mate dont need that shit. How can talking to a stranger help, only thing helps is me talking to myself. Psychologically no one can help me. Medically no one can help me, i am the only one who can control my moods.

Although I've not done a lot of what you done mate , from an early age I was programmed that I was a loser , which in turn shaped me to be bullied my whole life because I just accepted that if that person is telling me I'm a loser and everyone else is then I must be , this led to me being kidnapped , tortured etc all because I let people treat me like shit. Im now 15 years on from a lot of the main trauma I suffered only just realising that really my whole life I've been abused . I've recently had therapy and been diagnosed with severe complex ptsd. I just wanted to say to you that I feel you would benefit from some one to talk to. It's helped me ! I think if you saw a therapist you would reap the benefits and be equipped to deal with your million mile an hour mind ( mine is the same ) trouble is for me personally alot of how my mind works is I abuse myself because I'm use to those feelings, it's about breaking a pattern and knowing your triggers. mental health services left me with this pain. 3 times for assesments but just fkd about with cancelled appts. Phone appt was the last one yet told me after 3 years they dont do PTSD assesments. Jokers..

He has been prescribed medication for anxiety and depression and has never took them and maybe never will, would taking them not be the start of your journey? If they dont help or aren't working then good, stop taking them and move on to the next step
