The dictator is a powerhouse, all around. Price, performance, ergonomics, shelf life, etc etc It's stood the test of standard pro blasters, even outside of my nexus pro and stryker. Add a worker pcar barrel and a harder spring, and you got something truly special. Not to mention, the new koda 23 round mags are PERFECT for it. Dye your mag red for extra flavor.

Super cool to see how far you've come. I've only recently gotten back into the hobby since i was a kid and it is wild to see the plethora of blasters that have come out since. Watching your thrifting videos have helped to narrow down the kind of blasters to look out for instead of picking up every blaster off the shelf. Super hyped for the new dart zone and xshot blaster and hope to add a few to my arsenal.

At the beginning of the month, I tried my first arena high powered event with a Aeon pro a friend gave me to make sure I would finally try it ! It was so much fun and I am totally hooked, which is how I just discovered your channel ! I couldn't walk for a week almost after from all the crouching, but it was so worth it. Now, I have to upgrade and quick before the next game. Because I got destroyed by some Tomcat and highly modified worker blasters and shot a bunch right between the eyes... I am surprised there was no red mark the next day. A Dictator with 24 shots would make a world of difference !!! Pump action sounds like a dream after top priming for 4 hours and I could finally inflict some pain between their eyes ahaha I am drooling all over my keyboard, got to clean it a;sdlskahhgieugigiiiidfjkllllllllllllllll;a I NEED YOUR HELP TO UPGRADE ! You are The Man, I know you understand and please don't tell my Aeon pro, he did his best !

I just found your channel recently but I'm blown away by the quality! I love the mix of news, reviews, and thrifting, with relatively short and digestible but information-packed videos. I especially like how you review some of the less known 'clone' blasters coming from Asia recently. You definitely deserve the 2k, keep it up! Your recent video on the X-Shot Pro Longshot makes me really want one, but unfortunately I can't find one anywhere. I can't wait for what else Zuru has to offer, and what new hobby innovations Dart Zone will spark.

Out-of-Darts just came out with a Koda mag which is a straight 23-round mag with fairly smooth sides. That should maximize the Dictator's strengths. The reversible mag is a nifty gimmick, but a single long mag is way better. The included magazine has ridges that get caught on the stock when you try to speedload. I already prefer the 18-round curved Talon on my Dictator because it slides in smoothly. 23 rounds is even better. All in a compact form without the magazine sticking way out. And I think the mag extender might fit for even more. (I haven't tried any of the Koda stuff, I am just hopeful).

The Dictator is another crazy looking blaster with great performance/accuracy like the Savage Spin.

You're vids are concise and clean without a lot of fluff. I like your comment about getting you girlfriend involved. I tend to be a solo plinker with some fun in simple mods. I have several nerf guns lying around the house loaded (revolver styles) and love it when my kids pick them up at random and start a mini war in the house.

I'm super excited for the X-Shot line, but it's undeniable how much Dart Zone had pushed the hobby forward. Then you have designers like Captain Slug and Sillybutts bringing 3d printed designs to the fold. Hopefully one day Hasbro will hop on the half-dart train and make something a little more competitive since Rival has seemingly died😢

It's mildly insane how far the hobby has come within the last 5 years, from community builds, companies actually listening to the consumers, and the content creators giving genuine constructive criticism to the companies and community builders to better the hobby. Best of luck to the the winners! And I just got my own Max Dictator and I feel like a kid on Christmas morning whenever I pick it up. First thing I did though was pick up a Magpul AFG1 Angled Foregrip from Fleetfarm and swapped out the pump foregrip for it, and that's the only tinkering i've done with it.

I'm not generally one to stray too far from "the big" nerf youtubers but honestly your insights and perspectives are just not talked about enough. Seems that everyone in the hobby is just "we need FPS and pictinny rails" Only half length darts. Forgetting what this originally is... a toy for kids. You seem to enjoy nerf simply for the fun of flinging a foam thing down one side of the room and quite frankly I'm in that boat. Why aren't more people talking about how a move will affect other foam stuff? Tbh I enjoy some of my lower powered nerf blaster as much as I enjoy the harrier. I'm really excited for all this new xshot stuff and I know that even if it breaks the bank I'm buy that whole set of those modular blasters. Now Im not saying that the high FPS isn't fun. it 100% is. Which is why I think the dictator is kinda cool. But I can't seem to be able to get one easily and that's a shame honestly. I don't think any other blaster has done what the dictator has done. dual ended mag that feeds into the stock *and* shoots over 170 fps. Things like the dictator are why I got into the hobby. Fun and unique blasters that fire, load or are just used in cool and imaginative ways. Some of my favorite blasters are: the motoblitz, the vulcanator, the OOD jupiter and the double dealer. becuase they all do something different or are just silly in some way. for this reason I'm excited and anxious about what the future of nerf holds. more half length blasters and stuff exist but will the full length just be phased out? is nerf gonna be more like pro level high fps expensive blasters? or will the ecosystem switch? becuase it seems that dartzone has decided what the pro blasters look like. and it doesn't look like the fun shotgun-esque blaster like the dictator. but it seems like fun blasters might be staying for lower fps peoples. If both sides end up getitng owrked on separately and equally... I'll be happy with that.

got into nerf about a yr ago, love watching your videos. does anyone else have darts just turning up like everywhere? ill go about my day and end up having one in my jacket pocket, the weirdest spot tho had to be in a glass i pulled out of a cupboard lol

One note, the Max stryker does come with 2 replacement o rings on either side of the butt stock

And a year later, the Dictator is still a top tier blaster.

Would love to run one of these with a double dump pouch setup (gravity eject the used mag on one side and reload a full mag from the other). Also like how you can go really low on the ground or over cover with one of these because of its design!

Nice video, congratulations on your channels success. I like my Dictator, but I have noticed it is very particular with the darts you run in it. I have had multiple jams with used darts collected off the floor at Nerf Nights. I have replaced the pump grip on mine with Drac's Caduceus and it is fantastic on the Dictator and the Max Stryker.

I really like the idea of the mag couplers but I’m a bit concerned about how practical they are but I guess there is something to be said about the rule of cool like who cares if it’s practical if you feel like John Wick doing it that’s something to think about! But great video and the blaster seems incredibly cool and looks like it hits really hard! So I’m excited to see what else comes from this line!

Honestly not that excited for the x shot longshot, oh but that lever action cynlinder fed pistol, oh i can't wait to get my hands on it and put it straight into my loadout, after i get rid of the combo lock of course.(I wonder if i can mod it and replace the lock somehow, maybe some tinted clear plastic with LEDs could look nice.)

I think someone who knows how should design a 40-50 rd mag for this with a 3d printed buttstock that matches up to the existing buttstock and make this thing really awesome. It’s got a short length of pull so it wouldn’t make it unwieldy

My Dictator hits harder than any of my other blasters in stock form (Nexus, Trion, Stryker). The prime is very easy for the resulting power you get. My only complaint is not with the blaster itself. My complaint is how Dart Zone sells additional mags and connectors for this blaster. Why on earth do they sell connectors and mags separately and in units of 5 only. I need two mags per connector. Sell them in packages like 4 mags/2 connectors or 6 mags/3 connectors. Who wants to drop $80 for 10 more mags and connectors?

I can only order it since dartzone is not available on shelves here in the Netherlands. But if I could order one, my mom won't let me get it since she think it is a waste of money. (I am 14+ though)
