@@joh_9012 Sorry to nerd out on you here but causing someone to lose the will to live is a dark side ability. An ability that Anakin gained but did not have control of when he went to assassinate the separatists. When Padme arrived after Anakin did the assassination, he force-choked her and accidentally used this ability. Thus, he is responsible for her losing the will to live, and her death. This is why the emperor said, "It would appear that in your anger you killed her." This is also why in that scene the emperor looked so pleased. He knew that self-hatred makes you stronger in the dark side because he was tricked into killing his entire family by Darth Pagus. With that said, the irony is that the force gave Anakin a vision of his wife dying, but Anakin didn't understand that he would be the one responsible for her death. The fact that he is responsible for her death, and this fact affects the story in so many ways is the reason Star Wars is such an iconic story. Then Disney bought the rights and turned it into politically correct garbage that didn't advance the story.
This is honestly underrated af I mean really now even an undead mofo like Jason vorhees just gets force pushed and then chopped to bits even if he’s immortal, only villain I can think of with a chance is Freddy and that’s assuming Vader doesn’t drag his ass out to the real world
@patriksalata6506 they most likely thought their numbers would do something to Vader, but it seemed like they greatly underestimated the near unbeatable powerhouse Vader truly was.
Did you know that in this scene Darth Vader actually turned his life support off aka the red and green buttons to make this scene that much cooler so he was holding his breath the whole time
one thing I like about Darth Vader is how you can't really tell what kind of emotion Anakin is feeling or what's his thinking because it's being hidden by his mask so your left with this cold unfaced look but don't really know what's going on the inside him, is he angry, being remorseful, happy, sad ?
You can see in the end, all the lights on his light support is off, he turned his life supports off before entering battle to have a element of surprise. And use shear will power to keep himself alive until the ship flies away.
Always enjoyed Star Wars but it wasn’t until this scene that I fell in love with Darth Vader/ Anakin character and how you can see the brutality of this man that you see turn to the light at the end. Not every hero was always good nor was every villain always bad
Darth Vader isn't a villain. The amount of pain he's experienced controls him as he was plagued by Palpatine. He blames himself for everything that went wrong in his life. His wife's death, his master, children. He was the chosen one but he couldn't control his own mind because of the sith. He's not a villain. he's broken
Random person: "man such a nice day" beautiful music playing Darth vader walks up and music immediately turn to horror boss music Vader: "about to ruin this person day"
As u can seehis chest used to have led lights or his life support system when that scene in the hallway he turned it off do that means he just turned his life support sytem off? Or is it just for the scene?
