Time stamps in the description/video should automatically receive chapters. It's a long one - hold on, that sounds like something someone said... - but I wanted to include the trials and advances, but I wanted to give some help for someone who wants to skip ahead for the final run.
Idk if anyone else has this problem but when the video is separated by the creator it makes it harder to skip through. Like if I skipped ahead then wanted to skip back it makes it harder

It would be interesting to make a modded character that has no base stats or level up bonuses. No eggs. Then do the single weapon/wicked comparison. It might be impossible with some weapons without any bonus stats. But it would be interesting to see how each weapon performs without muddying things with the base character. However, you've all ready done all this work and I wont blame you for not wanting to go through all that effort again. lol. I've been modding my game to play different characters with non-vanilla starting weapons and its been a blast.
Hey Dex, huge fan here from somehwere central GER. So i´m 3:40 into the video and i have to say i find it very annoing to have those zooming in and out... But i love your videos and your work -also those tiny moments with the wording games -> 4:38 , please keep up the work!
Taken into account, I just recently started visually editing videos to alter them while talking and some people love it, some people hate it. I think I will do it for a while - but finetune how much - and keep a close eye on retention overall to see which one is preferred
Just something random to share but I ended up getting a Candy Box after I had 6 weapons when playing ?. After I combined to guns to free a slot the sixth slot became empty and my Candy choice stayed below with the passives. Perhaps it was meant that way because I started with Laurel?
Does enemy speed (when insta killed) speed up spawn rate too? If so it would be interesting to kick up enemy speed x10 or x100 just to see what happens
Yes and no. The game has a minimum and maximum of monsters it wants to have out. If the maximum is reached, nothing spawns. Below the minimum it will attempt to fill that up as fast as possible. Between the minimum and maximum there is no difference in regards to kill amount/spawn amount less the spawn would exceed maximum

I found it to be a lot easier to get going if I banished most passive weapons immediately after picking them. That way you can get to limit break about 1/3 earlier, though you should consider picking and leveling wings to at least level 2, which should be enough movement speed to survive until you have enough limit breaks. If you want to go for the guardians, go there right after evolving, or they will become too fast and kill you.
Another thing to consider to immediately pick are the piercing limit breaks. Even if you're the opinion that they're not worth it, they will only show up 10 times, after which the amount upgrade will show up significantly more often. The limit breaks will show you an amount of options based on your luck and then choose the available options based on their weight times your luck. If you get 4 options shown, it will most likely show you anything but amount. Once piercing has been picked 10 times, any time you get 4 options it will have to show you amount.
The candy box swapping out with the gold bags is cool. But it just doesn't work at all with single or restricted weapon runs. I've noticed so far that I only ever get one candy box from the gold bag swap. I wonder if this is because of the one weapon restriction. It would be wild if you could keep collecting weapons getting multiple candy boxes(with maybe high enough luck??? idk).
I was wondering, sometime wha you says in your vids don't match with what i've seen in the game, but i'm quite a recent player (played on phone since 2 months now) and this vid is 6month old for exemple. For what i saw till here, gemini "doesn't" give you the guns, it gives you only their effect (and a modified one btw, since their fire axis is slightly different from the "real" ones) these counterparts doesn't level up... And thus they doesn't limit break either. So uh.... I really don't see the point in "not" taking gemini because you "only want to limit break pherracci" :0 is it because gemini changed its way of working since then? Or is it because you assumed something wrong then? Or is it me that hasn't seen it would affect limit break because they act like an hidden weapon and hidden weapons would also be affected by limit break? I could HONESTLY watch you min max ANY game, idk why but it's extremely enjoyable considering I've watched like 40 of your videos inn the past week lol
The constant zoom at the start of the video made it difficult to watch honestly because it completely removed the timer and kill counter as well as cutting off the stats screen on level ups
I only did the zoom in when I explaind stuff that I expect in the run where the focus is not meant to be on anything else, I get your point but early on level ups etc. dont change a lot in the game and the picks can be seen. I decided to do that because I knew I had 9 runs recorded and the first ~3 minutes are just farming up basic stuff that is always used. Just explaining why I did it, not saying I agree or disagree as it is subjective
@@DexTag Fair enough, makes complete sense why you did it and I do love the zooming on chests and other things like that it just felt weird looking at the game from so close but that’s probably just because I’ve played too much. Great video as always anyway
It looks stupid, but it had all the experience from the last 6 minutes in there, as the gem accumulation goes from furthest to cloest gem on the entire map :p but the bigger problem was 7 minutes is the wave that was the first bigger issue to get over so I couldnt wait longer
