Blindfolded Run outside of shop will literally just be a "don't move" challenge. Because not knowing where you are means you can't dodge, so fundamentally, you're just playing a "Don't Move" challenge, or more aptly "I can't control where I am challenge."
I just think you should pick a character and you have to take everyrhing from every crate and buy out every shop left to right without skipping anything until you are out of money
If you do want to play a blind run, you could look into using an eye tracker to prove you can't see the screen during rounds. Love the content, actually got my brother hooked on Dome Keeper because of your videos!
We really want brotato videos, i never played this game but i watch every single brotato video. I’m excited to see what your item is gonna be. Hugs from brazil
not at all lol a small amount of speed does the job of closing the gap just as well and also gives you the ability to run away/maneuver. it needs to give bonus damage to things it hooks in for it to be decent. it's a bad (though very interesting) weapon
for a face cam with blind fold what you can do is have it on in a recording but then ZOOM in to the blind fold and only show that. but that would take lot of editing to do that
23:45 Have a small camera feed from your phone in the bottom corner of your screen only showing your monitor and turn it off during rounds, people still see your gameplay, you prove you can't see the gameplay.
Harpoon could work with kinda rapture skill from Dota. For every part enemy is moving they got damaged for percentage of their health, or here of flat dmg
Harpoon with diver is amazing due to the damage buff, if you have enough melee to one shot them. It works well as a combo. The problem with cacti is you're getting no damage buff against your primary target and against bosses that might be a problem.
harpoon is a worse option than most ranged weapons for diver. just a plain smg is better for applying the buff and doesn't come with the downside of pulling enemies into a dangerous range of you. and most of the time you can keep the damage buff up against your primary target when using the cacti. there are almost always other enemies that you'll be swinging at simultaneously, which will proc your spikes.
Man, I was watching the video all fine and peaceably, then someone had to go and mention joystick control on VS. You can play on PC with mouse and keyboard and get that same slow movement. Just need to use the on-screen joystick.
While watching this i had a moment of WTF, i honestly dont know if this is a reupload, or if i was in watching the live stream, but i remember everything hes saying lmao.
Whats up with harpoons in rougelike games trying to kill you , like for example in risk of rain 2 it gives you movement speed bonus after a kill , and it can send you flying almost killing you because of fall damage , and here in brotato it pulls enemies towards you , not good
If you do mod one... increase the chance for cursed items in the shop so when you lock there is a higher chance. That could work out sense the upgrade is random
i got an idea for a run you'll hate. a diver has a harpoon and a knife right? that'd be 4 empty slots though, so your knife is a captains sword. you could make that work right? 😂
Idea mix the lucky blocks mod with infinite luck and see how far you can go in endless you win if you can make it to 250 or well at least for the chalnge
@@jamespitt3338 loud can be a good option. the +50% enemies is hard to deal with at first but it also means you get all that extra experience and materials, so you start to out scale the extra enemies pretty quick. thief daggers and ghost flint/ax combo decently because they let you scale even more but also are a bit weak so they make for a harder early game, so you'll have to decide how worth it that is. you can also take those weapons for a while and once you are pretty strong, transition to better weapons. otherwise, just play the game and play the characters you like. you'll get d5 when you get d5
Make a mod or something and try some rounds where you make all items have no limit ex. Can take as many of a unique as you want (if you find them again) ex. the hook 15 times
I like these kind of games, but they are so luck based so usually i test them, maybe try mods, and them i just watch some one go through the pain of playing 10 runs for one perfect one.
Eeeeh I'd say that Brotato much more skill based, even knowledge based You need to know how to build characters, what to buy and what to skip and so on Luck plays its role, but before I started to watch Dex I was barely able to win on easiest characters (and dropped the game for some time), but after seeing a bunch of his vids I was able to beat every character on Danger 2 with relative ease (need to look up some strategies for some of them), and even some on Danger 5, despite not playing the game for a year.
