A detailed tutorial on how to draft a dart less corset pattern with waist snatching techniques.
MEASUREMENTS NEEDED
Bust circumference
Waist circumference
Hip circumference/Length circumference
Shoulder
Shoulder to bust point
Shoulder to underbust
Shoulder to waist
Shoulder to Hip/Shoulder to Blouse length
Cup width
Cup Height
Bust span(nipple to nipple)
Shoulder to cleavage (optional)
REQUIRED MATERIALS
Fabric of choice
Bone(Regiline bone/plastic bone)
Eyelets (or whatever lacing bar you choose)

Yes, snatched waist or not. Just follow the cup guide from the pattern and create a home made cup.

Yes, definitely. As long as the person wants to be snatched or her waist is flexible enough for snatching, sizes doesn't matter. Follow the guideline from the video, use your own measurement and it will come out well.

That's the hip line ma'am. If that is confusing, just measure your blouse length and measure the circumference of that point.

You're welcome 🤗. This particular pattern comes with a yoke ma'am, remember? To avoid armpit discomfort, the boning should be at least 1" below the actual armhole cutout.

The cup was cupping … the corset was corsetin… the snatch was snatching…… did I mention the cup was cupping ??🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 omoooooooooo….. I will give it another attempt again…. I made it for a client… I will make for myself next time … I wish I could give you a physical hug ooooooo… but manage virtual hug 🫂 Please let me ask… while creating the cup.. should we use the actual bust span or add half inch to it … because that was where I had issues

Because I used breast pad and I felt it wasn’t firm enough I had to add already made bra cup inside …to make it firmer… so please Ma just explain this place more for me Will I sew the fabric to the breast pad or warden … or sew them separately and then glue them back together Last question… when transferring the pattern to fabric…(the 3 part cup) do I need to add half an inch on all sides???

From the person's natural waistline (the boneless part of the waist), add 6 to 7" max to get the length. Your bones should always stop 0.5" or 1" before the hem of the blouse

Depending on your area, you can get it in local stores or big markets where they sell tailoring materials. You can also order online if you can't find it in your area.

The cup width is from the mid chest(bust/breast bridge) to the side of the boobs. Or measure your favorite well cupped bra from the center to the side of the cup.
