She basically just divided the amount she used for the front intake. I.e she cane in 2 inches by the knee length in front pattern For bk she used 1 on cb knee and side back knee. You get?

Thank you for this beautiful mermaid skirt pattern. I am in the process of drafting the pattern and had a few questions. Do I need to add seam allowances to the waist line and the bottom of the pattern? I am planning to attach the skirt to a bustier top.
1 inch on the waist, 1 inch on the hip, 0.5 inch on the knee, connect them together. Choose where you want the zipper to stop, either on the hip line or below the hip line and stitch from that point down.
