Rip Eric Bristow, had the pleasure of meeting at a darts match he attended in oldham many years ago bought him a beer when we left, true gentleman, who has put his name on the great game of darts

disgraceful sky got rid of him for calling things as he saw them. he called everything like he saw it. no lies, no cow towing, no arse licking. I wish more like him were around today. bloody pc brigade rule today it's a joke. sky made a big mistake that time. then tried to weasel all the coverage after he passed. still sticks in my craw to this day. rip you legend of a man. at least we still have Bobby who like eric links arse for no one. keep the show going sir bobby

@@ellieblake2731 Bristow was the best of his era no doubt but at his pinacle he was no where near the standard of players today and Bobby George was a great character but a average player. I wouldnt of been harsh on them both in my original comment if they didnt stand there putting the goat down when really they dont have the right to sharpen the powers dart points.

@@harrymonk6 what was that in news of the world over best of 3 legs lol. just look back at all the past world championships on wiki and understand what sort of average he threw. He was a great character still is, but in terms of skill he shouldnt be aloud to even make Phil Taylor a cup of tea not stand there saying he looks ordinary and putting him down. You say i dont know shit well i say i think Bobby George dont know shit.
