Yes, I agree.. To be honest, if I purely train treble segments (which I rarely do) I only train from 20 to 12. In general, I try to train 3-4 times a week for about 1,5 hours. However, due to work and other stuff, there are of course weeks where I train less. What about you?
@@DARTSLIEBE I'm quite lucky I have the time to train. I'm 49, I started training 6 months ago but had to give up for about 3 months due to medical reasons. I try to throw 3 hours a day, 6 days a week.
WOW! 3 hours a day is pretty amazing. Thumbs up for the motivation and discipline. Just make sure not to lose the fun. I wish I could train more often. As you've started rather recently I´d be interested in whether you see some regular improvements with this intensity of training? Have a great day!
