heynsenene PDP and DW stock snare heads have those numbers on them. He didn’t put them there.

Possibly the most non-ergonomic kit I've seen. There's no right or wrong way to set up a kit, but I just don't see how this works.

If you're new to drumming, that's why you don't get this guy's playing.

@@ArkaHtun Thats the sound of early funk. Listen to the Meters, it doesnt get any funkier than that so if you dont like it then maybe funk and hiphop isnt for you?

@@maccagrabme yeah man , I love the meters and loads of old funk . Been into hip hop , rave , dnb , for years spent hours chopping up funk breaks . In that Listing to so many snares from recorded funk tunes .. I guess the difference is the recording , the room he’s in , in the mix that snare sound would sound thin and cheap in my opinion .. which is just my opinion.. the meters snares never sounded like this to my ears . In any of their tunes .. way more body I’d say .. still new to drumming 3 years later . But not new to the sound I hear . My ears have been working for 50 odd years ..

Would he be noted and talked about if he set up his kit in a more traditional configuration? Based on the small sampling of videos I've seen, I'm not sure that he would.

This kit and cymbals sound great. This is for electronic music need to sound like samples!

But the cymbals have that classic stamped aluminum First Act sound!
