I used to live in Darwin for one year and I fell in love with the city. There's nothing I can say about this town it's just so beautiful and unique. I met so many great people there. Everyone seems to enjoy their life. I really hope to go back once again sometime
I used to live in Darwin but my parents wanted to move to England as they thought it was to isolated, this was really sad as I really loved it there and I didn’t want to move 😭😭😭❤️❤️❤️
I dont blame you, i lived in darwin for a few years and had to move away because of circumstances. I loved darwin, out of everywhere i have been darwin is the most amazing city and i loved living there.
To progress in life you need to move out of darwin, perfect holiday place but living is terrible police use to pick on me for the color of my skin even though my dad worked in the same unit as him, other than that perfect place.
@@street87vl55 Yes, Darwin varies, in your own crowd and clique it is good but there can be friction. Population is now 170,000 counting the town of Palmerston. The economy is a bit depressed at the moment as the construction boom has ended
Well done, I hope you enjoyed it. Did you visit Kakadu? March may still be a bit 'oily', or humid; I was there in June and it was a touch uncomfortable for me, and I was born in Australia. Still, an attractive city, beautifully resurrected from the wreckage caused by Cyclone Tracy. Plenty to see and do. 😀
I first came to Darwin in 1973 and saw it pre cyclone Tracey. I fell in love with it, it was wild and full of life. At that time, at age 15, I decided that I would return one day to live and work in Darwin and the NT. With God's Grace, I flew in at 6:30am one December morning in 2009. I have been here ever since. Praise Jesus.
The most laidback city in the world and I live in Melbourne and I would love to move to Darwin any day . Been there twice and hope to be there in June again God willing .Love Darwin and the people and everything about this beautiful place and pl note I did not say City but the whole of Darwin and my family and friends who live there .
My Home town Darwin.💖💪💪😍.. miss it big time. When You live in darwin you can get as cheap as $49 or under $120 return ticket to Bali & other Asian beautiful places.
I have 16 years old and i'm from Brazil. I want to get out of here because i hate this country. Do you think it's a great city to go? (i will live alone when i get away from here)
C C it’s pretty good to raise a family, the weather is pretty hot but it does rain quite a lot, in fact it’s raining right now. The downside is probably that you can’t swim in the ocean or lakes because of crocodiles and jelly fish. But it does get really hot here! The tourist attractions are beautiful like Uluru and crocosauras cove! But you can swim at some places like Florence falls and the water falls he mentioned
I actually live here no troll, but there is literally no shopping and humidity is always so high so your always sweating. Just letting you know though everything that they showed here is literally all to do max 1 week needed to spend here. Only took me 14 hours to Alice springs
A&JGamer _ hahaha to true mate once you have done this list sit back and relax In darwins sweltering heat. Not to mention some drunk abusive locals. But hey we are still here cause we love the place
You know its like sure let me check out this video, then it's like ... my life goal has changed and I now I must go to this place before I die..... well played Expedia
You are probably right. The video showed beautiful places but it was hard to hear the information about the places. You mr Taylor is more interested in the music that I found quite boring. But as you said, I am old and when I was younger we had soo much more interesting music. But you probably never heard about Beatles, Stones, Animals, Led Zeppelin etc etc. Have a Good Day, mr Taylor!
When I was young, I needed noise, people and big cities, then, the world changed and big cities are very dangerous, not that Darwin is any different, it comes with the bulk of people. but it's smaller, I moved there 2 years ago, after 60 years in Melbourne , arriving there as a 14 year old from Barcelona. in 1962.. I am no longer in the middle of Darwin city I have moved into a suburb. No matter where you go, at my age now, going out at night time is out of the question
Hi dear bella, I really want to know about this city like its weather, job opportunities, safety, costs, kindergaten or baby sitters and so on, you know, Maybe I want to immigrate to this city with my family, I have a liitle baby and I try to get more information about this city
Hi all, I didn't receive any notifications for any of the questions you guys sent me as the all went to a spam account. I only just happened to come across this video now 2 years later. Please except my apology, I would never deliberately ignore your questions
Australia looks rly interesting for me and since I was a kid I've always wanted to visit it especially the Northern Territory, but there's only one problem I have a big fear of spiders -_-
Meh Fromfourthfloor I've grew up around Darwin, you shouldn't scared of spiders maybe I should say, scared of the hot weather!😂 But you'll be right after a wk. The spider u should get scared of is Melbourne Victorian spider.
Charlotte Wagner Can you swim in that beautiful sea or are there dangerous animals like jellyfish or sharks? And are there a lot of spiders, Australia is well known for this xD Also i would like to ask about the temperature and weather, i've heard of many rain but also much heat. Also i have heard of the happiness in Darwin, is it true that everything is so relaxing and so motivatingly happy?
MagicMarky ok so it's always hot here but when it's wet season. For like 4 months it's very rainy and no swimming in the oceans unless you wanna get eaten bye a croc our stun by jellyfish and yes it is very calming and enjoying to live here
Expedia I think if you take Norway, you should take the west coast. Oslo is just another city, while the whole coast of Norway shows the best nature in the world imo :)
Can you do Zambia 🇿🇲 you can mention Victoria Falls! It’s my home town (I was born there) and I really miss it I moved to Darwin for my mums school thing and I really miss it
