Go to Amazon and search for "PEDA brown cafe racer locomotive refit seat". It has the same amount of pleats as the one in the video and appears to be what they used. TopbikesofCoventry, can you confirm this.
I installed the clamps with the screwheads hidden in back and then drilled holes for allen bolts. They really dont even look like clamps, finished out nicely Can see my entire build here> facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10154244279817071.1073741838.766267070&type=1&l=ad04cd6828
I'm actually about to start building my own replica of the bike and I was wondering how much do I need to cut off of the frame i don't want to cut to much off and mess up the bike and also how thick was the pipe for the back of the bike?
I guess that would depend on your seat and how long it is, you can just cut little by little until you get the right measures... just gonna say i've never built a bike like this so thats the way i would probably do it, i don't know if there is a different or a "right way" to cut it
