Daryl Hall and John Oates perform songs from their 2004 album Our Kind of Soul live, recorded in 2005 in the Bahamas (so claims the DVD and promotional material, but fans and the credits give away that it was recorded on a set made to look like a club in the Bahamas, you can hear Daryl talk about this club and more info on the making of the album in this video: • Making of Our Kind of ... ). Our Kind of Soul is a great album, one of my favorites, filled with amazing covers of some amazing classic soul songs and great originals. This concert recording is even better, and features (in my opinion) some of Daryl's best vocals in his later years, and of course awesome work by the band.
