Here in Britain, some forces have "Operation Snap" Someone sends in some dashcam footage, the police review it. If it meets certain criteria, a "notice of intended prosecution" is sent out
You can submit your footage and information online and police can and do fine people or charge them based on it. Had a guy nearly hit me cause he was on his phone and I submitted the footage. Police fined him for using a mobile while driving.

It’s actually been noted that covid has affected the brain. Similar to how you lose sense of smell and taste. It’s theorised that it’s also affected some people brains in other ways.
The disregard for other lives is beyond comprehension. How can people be so stupid, so selfish? The penalties for such blatant endangerment of others needs to years in gaol. A simple fine and perhaps a short licence disqualification isn't going to stop these morons. No hard we just need to get people in the habit of stating the rego out loud and allowing plod to use this as evidence. The number of people who think it's OK to pass on double line or blind corners, I want the law to be updated to be see it as a deliberate and malicious act if they hit another vehicle and mandatory jail if some one is injured or killed.

As someone who does delivery work the art of the U turn is so easy to master so legal and so safe. Missed your turn? take the next one, go down a side street, legally turn around, drive back. You lose maybe a minute, 5 minutes if it's a highway or something. No need to U turn on a busy intersection illegally. Ignore the GPS saying turn now, it'll even help you out to make the U turn. It's so obvious to me that I can't even comprehend the mentality of trying to force a turn or U turn illegally.

People missing their exit and trying to cross over multiple lanes last second on a freeway is classic Melbourne driving. I see atleast 2 - 3 people do it per day and almost cause major accidents.

Dash cammers need to submit their videos to the Crime Stoppers website as well. Evidence for Police to prosecute, fine, suspend, cancel etc. If becomes publicized that Police will penalize drivers from dash cam videos, it would greatly reduce the ridiculous behaviours.
