Hello everyone, Hope you enjoy this months compilation, sorry if you sent a vid and it didn't make it. We get about 150 videos a week so we aren't able to use them all in these videos, we do however do a stream every Sunday night at 7PM Sydney time on twitch where we watch through the vids that don't make it to our RU-vid channel should you wish to watch along. www.twitch.tv/dashcamownersaus
It doesn't help with the higher levels of traffic now days.. if there was a speed and redlight cameras are all intersections just think about all the money the council would make.
Ben B It never ceases to amaze me just how many idiots there are on the roads. These videos do a good job of making people more alert while they are driving amongst these imbeciles.
Yep. They don't care what happens to anyone else and expect everyone else to make way for them. Only solution is to compact their cars into a cube and revoke their licenses.
Good ole family guy I'm in the right hand lane and need to cross 4 lanes to take this exit with no indicator, i go now! Good luck everyone else. bahahaha
@Billy yep, and they’re usually in their $100k+ Mercedes Benz’s and BMW’s driving around being like “Look at me in my expensive luxury car, that I don’t know how to drive”
Always left hand bends (in England and Aus) that catch out piss poor drivers/riders. They overcook and head into oncoming traffic. Seen it twice in this vid.
Much better human than the douchebag in front who went in too hot thinking he's Valentino Rossi and doesn't even stop?! What a dick. You could see it happening as a bunch of weekend riders try and keep up with each other and get way past their skill level
@@TheWizardOfTheFens it is interesting how people don't pay any attention to the recommended speed signs for the tight bends. Granted some country roads aren't signed like that, but not many.
@@lanahjayy94 that’s not what I mean, hell I’ve had nervous laughter before. The problem is that laughter is the way your body deals with extreme situations, for instance I went through a window cut my leg open very badly, severed a tendon and stood up laughing. It’s never good when someone starts laughing because it’s likely they’re seriously hurt.
@@Sally-nj5wn I’m not using my one experience as evidence that it’s the same for everyone, I’m using my own experience to provide a situational example of a real psychological problem, look it up, it’s dark why humans use laughter as a coping mechanism
Yeh it’s pretty obvious he wanted the ftard in front to gtfo of the way and when he doesn’t how hard is it for the car beside to back off or move up or move to another lane.
@@borarider669 Sure, but that doesn't give aggressive meatheads like the guy in the truck the right to tailgate and then try to intimidate someone by pulling in front as close as possible to the point that they actually crash. Car should get a fine (or warning) for the lane issue, truck driver should have his licence torn up.
Truckies “ give us room, you know how long it takes to pull up a truck” then proceed to sit up everyone’s arse, completely oblivious to the fact it takes a long time to pull up a fully loaded truck!
Lithgow, as long as your doing a sufficiently slow speed at the bottom of the hill & have a CB radio handy to ensure they're enjoying the 20 minute first gear hill climb it's all good 👍
10:50 Can we all acknowledge the Mum who didn't swear in front of her kids, just a big sigh. Because something choice would've came out of my mouth if someone did that to me.
@@tomgrice7587 If you don't want your kids to use epitaphs, don't use them either! Smart Mom! I only heard my mother use Hold Sh_ _ once. That was at an accident and I climbed into the wreckage and came out with a dog! The passengers had no pulse.
This country could have a million driving schools and these Dickways should never ever be aloud to drive or ride a bike, Nothing. They drive like it's stolen.🤪
I'd like to see a compilation of the best opening sequences, there have been some great ones. That one where the guy falls out the back of a paddy wagon in WA and does a runner, so good with the music.
@@reallyfurious you can see the hammer hit the black vehicles windscreen and it bounces over and hits the vehicle recording, you can use , and . to view frame by frame.
"I've got A free donut from Krispy Kreme, btw." "For what?" "It says 'Welcome to the Club'." "Because I've been part of the club for while." Erm, sounds like the club is pretty slow on welcoming people.
@@AleyshaRoberts do you speak like that about the name of other people, or better yet, your own father's or mother's name in the same manner? Using their name as a swear word?
The apparent flashing of the traffic lights is due to the frame rate of the dash cam interacting with the frequency of the light bulb in the traffic light. LED bulbs in car lights will often show the same effect.
Looks like a chest mounted go pro probably? Too low for helmet mounted and moves with the rider. But yeah great shot! It’s a LAMS bike, so inexperienced rider most likely. Probably not cornering fast enough for these 2, or it’s just those small brained people who see a bike and immediately feel their manhood threatened and must race it.
@@Dylantuning1995 Yeah I notice the other Australia Dash Cam channels are full of overreactions by the Dash Cammer and red light runners. Red light running is very dangerous, but if there is no crash and it's not a location your familiar with than zzzzz 😴
I mean, to be fair, they probably WERE in his blind spot. Which is exactly why he should never have attempted such a reckless and poorly thought out move. If you can't see it's clear, ITS NOT CLEAR. Since when did 'blind spot' come to mean 'free pass to commit attempted murder on any poor sod unforunate enough to be in your way'? I think you're right - this is a 'issue between steering wheel and drivers seat' sort of problem.
Truth is the truck driver is probably either a short ass or has his seat real low like one of those ice road trucker lads.. it’s obvious he couldn’t see the car because his vantage point is too far below the dash and can’t see over the long bonnet. His fault of course, sit a bit higher.
I completely agree. There is a chance that the skidding ute just made a bad call when the cam car drove unpredictably. Not saying the skidding ute was doing the right thing but when two idiots meet amazing things happen.
Sums up roundabout use in Australia almost perfectly. Cammer: dickhead. Landcruiser: dickhead. I'm sick of dickheads that don't know how to use roundabouts and put everyone's lives at risk.
I was just thinking, the truckie wasn't justified in sideswiping the car, but what gives these little clowns the right to hog the right hand lane if they're not passing. Better just to move over and let the following traffic through. That way everybody stays moving.

Guy on radio says congratulations as man goes over handlebars on bike. Amazing how often an apt remark comes from the radio like this on dash cam clips.
@@DavidCurryFilms Oh it happens. The number of times I have attended crashes within a five mile radius of Manchester Airport involving overseas visitors in hire cars would astound you.
9:30 If you’re a bike rider and run another bike rider off the road and keep going you are a grub, bad enough from car drivers. Job well done to old mate that pulled up to help.
10:48. Props to this mum for her reaction time. Landcruiser driver, as is too often the case, clearly doesn't have the required ability to drive one safely on our roads.
I noticed in mars last year more insanity than ever. I called it "corona crazy". The worst dissapered but was coming back with the "vaccine" The sipke protein damages nerves and small blood vessels. BTW All vaccines produces spike proteins. Good luck, you need it!
“Never going to Oz, it’s too dangerous !” “Why’s that mate? The spiders?” “Nah” “The snakes?” “Nah “ “The sharks?” “Nah. The drivers mate. They’re fucking dangerous.”
you haven't watched Dashcam usa/canada, as a warm up, and then.... dashcam Russia. 🥺 We aren't even remotely hard core, we mostly avoid crashes and just swear a lot, it's kind of adorable.
What's up with Aussies and not staying in their lane on bends? I grew up in a country where people are like 10 times worse drivers than Australians, but this was never an issue over there. Here I see it weekly!
@@MegaEpicLlama They're hopeless you see people crash at 40km in 80 zones not because they slid or anything no no they simply didn't even turn the wheel. Meanwhile buses and small trucks are able to stay in their lanes on the same road at 80. But somehow people in 4WD's and normal cars can't manage it , utterly useless.
@@leondoyle4130 One more tip: don't do what the bonehead at 02:25 did and sit in a truck's blind spot for more than a few seconds, especially if he's being held up by someone in front. Asking to get cleaned up. Good luck with the driving! ;)
Driving in Australia 🇦🇺 used to be such a pleasure. It was sooo relaxing. You could always count on getting home in one piece. But then that was last century.
@@prettysiruis2035 yeah its ridiculous! Fair enough the white car should have moved out the right lane if he wasn't doing the speed limit but the truck driver lost his marbles. You shouldn't be driving a vehicle that big if you can't keep your cool or people will get hurt or worse.
Not going to lie I’ve imagined doing bad things to people sitting in the right lane dreaming about fairyland or being arrogant Aholes but this is a bit too far.

@@adambrown4547 "keep left unless overtaking" rule only applies for roads that have a 90kmph or higher speed limit, if its 80kmph then the rule doesnt apply
I think its time that psychiatric testing be introduced as part of licence tests as so many people these days are mentally unfit to hold a driver's licence.
I use to drive coaches on Macquarie Pass and weekends were notoriously horrible for idiots speeding and passing when they cannot see what is just up ahead. I have witnessed two motorcycles try to overtake a semi on a blind corner only for one to end up in the scrub and the other under the trailer. Fortunately, the truckie saw what was happening in his mirrors and stopped before running over the motorcyclist.
Some locations just bring out the dickhead in people, I suppose. Obviously I don't know where you are, but there was one road I recognised this month which I cannot ever remember driving down without seeing at least one instance of speeding, illegal overtaking, and drifting across lanes in a roundabout.
3:00 local road. The rendered wall on the left has been rebuilt about 6 times, before the extra arrows and speed signs, and people still go too fast. I attended a head-on collision in that section of road just 2 weeks ago. Non-fatal.
5:19 Cnr Guildford Rd and Garratt Rd Maylands. BTW congratulations to yhe driver at the give way sign so worried about the right, he never bothered to look straight ahead.
Yes, by the Mazda dealer. White van!!, WHEW!! not me! Generally you don't expect vehicles there, so I can empathise, but yes, he should have looked forward before accelerating. On a related note, quite annoying when you see there is no oncoming traffic at a Give Way sign then look forward to see the driver ahead has stopped...
People just stare at the ground 5ft in front of them and they say how how could you see such and such coming , how can you possibly see around a corner etc. I say it's easy you hold your head up and you look at whats up ahead with your eyes. But yeah meth heads can always fall from the sky never know when a meth heads gonna leap from a tree into oncoming traffic , look up stay alive.
@@Thermalions I drive over most small roundabouts or do what the DC guy did in that clip (unless there's traffic obvs) Nothing wrong with it if no one else is affected
I had a similar experience but with a tomahawk axe, at 100km/hr the car in front flicked it up off the road and the one thing that was to my advantage was that it had a bright fluro orange handle, I was able to react quick enough to break just enough that it dropped down enough so it hit the bullbar on my Commodore at about headlight level and went down, any other my wife would have been sitting in the front passenger seat and it was lined up perfectly for the, however she was sick and not going to work that day. I stopped and removed it from the road and still have it to this day
@@adamneeves21 I'd bet my house that no-one died in that. The real two takeaways 1. If you're towing a trailer be aware that it's there and allow extra room and 2. Keep left unless overtaking. If Truck was following rule 1 OR the car following rule 2, it wouldn't have happened.
@@Michael-rw3mz It's the Monash Freeway eastbound. It's 80 for roadworks right now, and there are keep left unless overtaking signs. Please point out where I defended the truckies driving. It's truckwittery, and I've said it twice.

12:03 - 12:10 We'll just ignore the fact that the driver with the dash cam crossed over lanes before, during and after the roundabout multiple times before he got to "capture" the utes shenanigans.

@@incomprehensiblekerfuffle yeah I believed that too at first, but he was doing it well before anyone would think the ute was being dodgy. Maybe he did notice it that early, who knows.
Yeah if no one is around take the shortest straightest line through the roundabout... you sound like a bunch of *stops at clearly empty roundabout* and *indicates right then left to go straight through one* type operators.
Too bad he forgot about his trailer and almost took out the DC car as well. He needs jail time, everything he did was completely deliberate with no regard to any other driver on the road and he’s using a heavy vehicle as a weapon. Seeing this kind of behaviour a lot lately from truckies.
Yeah, almost close enough to see the 'Hows My Driving? Call 1800 FUCK YOU' sticker You see that kind of behaviour its time to get out of their way for sure
