hi scott is it viofo new 4k version? i am considering to buy but i think its a bit pricey 249 usd and i think it will over heat under aussie sun also, not reliable for parking mode

Hi Negative , IT was a 60 KMH work zone , speed limit sign clearly show in the video ( have a look again ) , cam car didnt do anything wrong ute driver failed to give way ! :)

Tania Hello so FYI that’s a negative re-629 it is 100% illegal what the Ute did , re the law 74 of the road rules act of Australia when leaving a a road related area onto a road you must give way to all traffic so the Ute did not give him plenty of time because the guy at the dash cam car had to hit teh brakes and slow to avoid a crash , NO ! the car does not have to slow down or move out of their way it’s the opposite The ute driver must NOT go out there until they will not impede anyone’s travel in the lane is clear it’s not the dash cam driver‘s responsibility to notice him and slow down and move that’s not our driving works what he did was extremely dangerous and not legal ! now re842 it is not unfortunate or something is legal if it’s legal that’s a good thing because you’re supposed to be able to do it the reason that you can change lanes because it is necessary you can’t always get into the Lane you need to and you may need to change lanes what that driver did was was not making a legal change they made an illegal change over an unbroken line and over divide at which FYI it’s not a Chevron it’s called a lane divider , Hope this clears this up for you :)
