@@kineticdeath That's not coming off, but it will be expensive. That's a bent axle flange. Time to replace the whole shaft. Or both & might as well do the bearings while you are in there... And new diff oil.
Thank goodness for the kind people who helped the old man up. I am old and alone and if I hit the deck, I too cannot get up by myself. The dog who was big and strong enough to help me pull myself up if I tripped and fell, died 18 months ago so I understand and appreciate the kindness of others. Animals, though, are more reliable.
@@metarugia3981 Many years ago, when I was 58 and the full time carer of my mother (83, dementia) trying to take her out on a little walk, she collapsed onto the gravel just outside our gate. The bloke who lived next door witnessing everything , about 35 yr old laughed as she fell. I begged him for help as I was not strong enough to lift her by myself. He refused, saying something like, "If she was cactus, it wasn't his problem." I had to scream at the top of my lungs for help as this bloke just watched on until several doors down somebody heard me and came to help. My Leonberger saved me three time when I fell, bracing himself beside me has I grabbed his shoulder and haunch, first to my knees, then atop his back to my feet.
How painful to watch this pathetic “driver” attempt the simplest of manoeuvres in a car park with no traffic or distractions, lmagine coming across that at a roundabout .
2:14 I bet that Motorcyclist was watching this shit in his mirrors and praying that the bullshit between the cars would stay right the hell away from them. 13:45 Hope old mate is doing ok. That was a pretty serious fall.
yeah, was worried that he was going to end up getting the short end of the stick for doing nothing. i was thinking he was going to either get cleaned up or distracted enough to not see the car in front brake.
Yeah if I was that bike rider, I would have been looking at a way to get the hell out of there, speed limits be damned. You don't want to be the human meat in a car sandwich because two dickheads can't control their road rage.
I was thinking the same with the bike rider... As I ride myself I was thinking those two dumb arses playing chicken with someone on their motorbike near by... I was cringing waiting for an accident... Poor older gentleman... Hope he's ok... Could see he was struggling to get up...
When I see a motorcyclist traveling at 100 km/h and keeping a distance of only about 10 meters from the car in front, one thing is clear to me... his own safety is not very important to him. But of course it is extremely stupid that he is put in such danger by others.
2:00 that whole time is was sure the biker was going to be an innocent victim in their pissing contest. Road rage should be a 6 month suspension like heavy speeding or running out of points.
19:38, the SUV was or seemed to be in a great hurry to overtake, then undertakes and proceeds to brake check, slow down, change lanes to block the other driver, then get out an make an open threat of violence against the other driver, so what was the hurry to overtake in the first place !!!!!!
Well you see it's REALLY small, and it's meant that he's never been able to find it when he needs it. This has frustrated him for decades and it means he's been lonely and unfulfilled his entire adult life. The only way he can pretend he's a real man is to impotently (at least THAT'S consistent) shake his fist at someone who didn't let him be first.
The guy was a total tool, get over it. That said, it's pretty infuriating if someone speeds up to overtake and then slows down, the dc driver should have pulled into the left lane, it doesn't excuse the other guy though.
I think he might have broken an arm or a collarbone or something. Resolution is poor but seems like his right arm is hanging behind his back and he can't move it.
That second clip is really giving me Fish Called Wanda steamroller scene vibes. "Oh dear, that car is reversing and the driver is clearly distracted and unaware. Oh no. Oh, if it keeps going it will run into me. Soon. Soon it will run into me. In ten seconds or so. It is almost upon us now. If only this catastrophe could be averted somehow. Whoever will alert the driver? Allllmost there. Whatever shall I do? The car will make contact in 0.3 seconds! I'd better hit the horn!!" I brewed tea waiting for that ding to occur. Good lord. 'Pay attention' indeed.
shit's me to tears when people have a smash and stop right where they had the smash. unless the car is written off and can't be moved PULL THE FUCK OFF THE ROAD!!!
Shock. And for most people, it's also a rare occurrence and they don't practice for it. I'd recommend taking a photo of the other car's plates, and maybe a quick side on to show where it happened, then move. Should take maybe 20-30 seconds, which is a pretty short wait as far as traffic goes.
It pisses me off tbh. I had someone rear end me at a red light in a school zone a while back. We went around the corner and parked up where it was less busy so we could exchange details, take pictures and talk about it. Absolutely no need to hold up traffic for something so minor, but people will block entire lanes instead of just moving out of the way 🤦♀️
Generally agree ,but people will tell some whoppers to their insurance company so they don't take the blame, even for minor bingles. A quick photo of the cars in situ before moving them.
@@johnmorgan1629 looks like the 31 was in the left lane, and tried to squeeze in front of the red car to overtake, and slid out. Not sure how that's the red cars fault?
@@peterbartley7183 So if the car lost traction in a straight line and the red car had been behind, it wouldn't be the red car fault for the collision, despite them failing to maintain distance and brake, because the silver car lost control?
2:00 And here we observe two male australian dual cab drivers engaged in a primitive territorial dispute. Much more hinges on the outcome for the driver of the smaller and older ute, who will have to resort to great feats of recklessness to prove his worth over the dominance of the driver in the larger, newer, American model.
@@poida_de_bogan The privileges some dash cam owners think they have is the right to flat out cause an accident instead of trying to avoid it from happening.
3:58 He was never taught how to cross the roads as a kid, but as an adult he should have the logic and common sense to figure this out. Sadly, that's not the case.
After watching these videos for the past year or so, my views on who the worst drivers on the road are has changed dramatically from "certain" demographics. You probably know what they are or were... The clear #1 is now a group that starts T and ends with radies. They are completely out of control, as per dash cam evidence. Absolute menace on the roads.
5:49 - When that text is more important than your Toyota... 8:20 - "It's deja vu all over again!" -- Yogi Berra 13:44 - Oh, my... I hope he was OK! I felt that all the way over here in Connecticut! 16:52 - For the love of Cheez Whiz, stick your head out the window, love, and figure out where the corners of your little silver slipper are! 20:31 - When you try to be cool, but that pesky Traction Control says "NO." 21:52 - And, speaking of NO, "NOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Poor Corvette! 😢
I lived in Brisbane for a year and noticed that the yellow and red lights meant nothing to many of the drivers, texting and driving was a common activity, construction workers' time was more valuable than other drivers' time, and even decent people became aggressive assholes when driving. I first thought that Aussies were bad drivers, but then noticed that they drove perfectly when there was a police car around.
Many people might describe that person as a "cyclist", and draw conclusions about the behaviour of cyclists. That was not a cyclist. That was an idiot on a bike. A near-future organ donor.
19:35 road rage boof-head driving the grey Ford SA Plate Number S751ASB committed dangerous driving and assault offences on camera, along with failing to indicate and unlawful use of high beam; clever..
I had someone do the same thing to me. He got out of his car and so did I ... All of a sudden he decided he wasn't as tough as he initially thought and ran back to the car.
Im pretty sure I've seen this exact same car around Port Adelaide, driving the exact same way. Hard to forget a bogan spec territory with the back trim missing like that.
10:43 and that is why there's things called the "Safe Following Distance". and the "two second rule" to avoid accidents. but nope a ute driver being right up the chuff of the person in front of them...
@@peterbartley7183 It is more of a "rule of thumb", however one you legally have to follow as you can be fined for tailgating and you will be at fault with your insurance if the car in-front does break and you hit it.
What confused me about that one is even if the car in front didn't stop for the one already on the roundabout, DC would have needed to slow down for it... so why didn't they? Not the fault of the poor car in front at all!

3:54 Gotta love the junkie walk across Grey St. What are they doing? What's any junkie crabbing across oncoming traffic doing? A: Either moving house or going to score.
There should be a police dash cam task force watching all this and issuing fines where the offense and rego / driver is clearly visible. Maybe it exists already.....
The owner of this channel has said that they have had follow up enquiries from the police. I would imagine it would be the more severe crashes and acts of reckless behaviour... or perhaps a case an officer is familiar with.
Probably not as expensive as some of the modern SUV crashes in the video. But parts will need to be imported from the US. Should hopefully be insured though.
Speaking as a cyclist, that first cyclist should be fined. What a fool and he endagers others who have to execute unexpected actions to avoid hitting him.
Cyclists from what I've seen in these videos over the years, either don't know, don't give a shit or don't care about the road rules. And when they do collide with a vehicle, they're gonna find it out the hard way, and some never will.
7:55 & 8:26 If you didn't catch it the first time, here it is again, it's like déjà vu all over again. 12:21 The road worker raises him arms, like what can you say to that truck.
3:58 last time I saw someone run out into the road like that, it was a kid around 10yrs old and he ran right into the path of a big 4wd whose driver did not see him and couldn't have stopped even if they had.
23:00 I drive through this roundabout everyday when I go to work it’s so common that people on the outside lane cut into the inside lane. People even cut into the outside lane from the inside when exiting. The outside lane has such a wide turn but it’s amazing how people don’t notice. People cut into your lane all the time. I’m surprised I haven’t seen many crashes
Modern cars have such good crumple buffers now and last year was a terrible record fatality year . Just tells you how crazy it is out there now .everyone's in a rush
Both. Yes, as stupid as that sounds, that's how it works. Realistically, they should both have slowly done a sort of dance around each other as if it were a roundabout in the middle. Drive out straight, then turn hard right and circle around each other. Or cut the crap and go straight on instead, and come back around.
@@AABB-kh9eb I agree. In an offset intersection like this, there needs to be a little caution when both vehicles are turning right. The cammer sped up somewhat aggressively, almost to demand that the opposing vehicles give way.
@21:52 - this needs to be included on a "Why You Don't Cut Off Trucks or Play In Their Blind Spots" edition. Must be a good 200m just within the clip, with the assistance of the friction of the car across the nose, before the driver was able to bring the rig to a halt
Does it rain oil down there? As soon as you get a little bit of rain on the roads, cars are spinning out as though you're driving on icy roads here in Canada...maybe you need to learn how to make proper asphalt.
Okay. I'm about halfway through. Genuine LOL at 09:54; absolute facepalm at 10:50. I reckon you've all been hanging upside down too long cos this is quite possibly the nuttiest one yet.
Plus the sheer number who drive on the wrong side of the road. you would swear they got their license from Tractor Supplies as a freebie after spending 10c on sweets.
