@@haywoodjay385 Did you miss the part where the cop kicks the car, breaks his leg then lied saying the car hit him?Compare a red light ticket to a corrupt cop filing false felony charges.
@@haywoodjay385signals were broken hence why a cop was directing traffic and as stated he is still facing a citation for not following directions, but that is very different to the BS hit and run the cop lied about
Exactly! It's a crime to falsify legal reports or documents. They sign that they are the truth and they trump up charges against people just to cover their azzes. If they aren't held accountable, then why would they stop lying on their reports? We have evidence now and they continue to commit crimes themselves and lie about it and they still aren't being held accountable. This sucks!
The one behind him to the left was looking in that direction and the his arms up at the same time in reaction. So there were at least two liars on scene.
All true. Let's not forget the driver ran a red light, and nearly hit pedestrians. I understand the cop being pissed. Doesn't excuse the felony charge.
If there is manual traffic direction (aka police) on site, the light’s color does not matter. It could be green all day and if the cop says “stop” you have to. The opposite is also true. If it’s red and the cop says “go” you should go. I’m not excusing the driver, I’m just saying the red light didn’t matter.
Cameras are like kryptonite for criminals. But in this case it seems like the criminal gets to dodge the kryptonite: we have it but we’re not going to use it.
This is why I think cops need live surveillance and supervision in all cases via their body cams, which need a big upgrade with placement and antishake imaging. Keep them honest for a change.
It happens every day from minor charges to murder and the cops don't care...this is exactly why there's no such thing as a good cop. If most cops were truly "good" like so many people claim, this police department would immediately fire this man AND have him criminally charged, but they won't, they'll actively defend him which makes the rest of the cops at that department just as bad if not worse
many of them. look at the Cop in Florida, he was falsifying on ppl. on drug charges after being stop. his on camera caught him, planted drugs in ppl vehicles. it was mainly poor ppl. he was setting up. he was doing this for about 5yrs or so.
I got three DUIs in one weekend and I wasn't drinking I wasn't doing any drugs I didn't have any drugs on me and I didn't have any alcohol on me. But I was found guilty all three times
Depends on what those reports say. If they say they witnessed the car hitting the officer and they had a clear view, theen yes. If they report they were TOLD by the officer, or some other witness, then no.
Quite literally, I'm sure every single cop in this country is guilty of falsifying reports and protecting corrupt cops...that's why there's nonsuch thing as a "good cop"
So why isn't that officer under arrest for falsifying police reports. This is bs. He should be in jail for this not only for falsifying police reports but also attempted destruction of property for kicking their car. Hold lying cops accountable for their stupid actions.
@@neglectfulsausage7689when the surveillance is owned by the individual in the state yeah. I have cameras in my cars and I’m all for it. Only people who can’t control themselves and are afraid to get in trouble hate cameras.
@@neglectfulsausage7689 You're always on camera. You should realize we're already there, and have been for a long while. This video shows how a surveillance state can save your life from corrupt law enforcement.
It's not presumed to be under oath, the law does not work under presumption...either you agreed to the police report under oath or you didn't which actually can happen both ways and police often times strategically avoid putting other police under oath when a police officer is making a statement.
Usually the only things considered in that way are affidavits. Those are almost always sworn to be true or written and signed to be, and lying in those can have the same affects as perjury.
perfect example of why body cams should be mandatory and cops and departments should never have access to the footage, it should go directly to a DOJ data storage facility. And it is automatically uploaded at the end of every shift. As well, cops and department can't shut off audio or video recording.
Yeah but lawyers are loathe to prosecute cops. They chalk down malfeasance as "an honest mistake". Plus, with qualified immunity, they run the risk of damaging their win/loss ratio. The game is rigged.
The Constable should immediately be fired, face charges of dereliction of duty, and false arrest charges, along with being subject to civil liability from the actual victim.
@@VelocityZap In the post he claimed “they just ‘seen’ the video like us” yet they had the facts in front of them from the driver and the hospital staff yet they backed their ego bent blue liner instead of standing up for common human decency.
@@Thedishesssso why was an innocent charged with a 3rd degree felony? If that video didnt come out hed be rotting in the slammer now like those other innocents. If he was innocent he shouldnt have even been charged no? Are we just going to drag innocent people in as guilty just to proclaim their innocence right after or are we going to stop trying to charge people who arent guilty like our injustice system clearly has a habit of doing
@@TheAnnoyingBoss It is clear you don’t understand the criminal justice system at all. Charging someone with a crime doesn’t make them guilty. Convicting them in court does.
@@TheAnnoyingBoss Again..I know you chose o not evne try to matter to the world with an education, but no country would ever force cops to PROVE beyond a reasonable doubt just to make an arrest. Because the justice system WOULDN'T WORK that way. Your extreme stupidity and worthlessness is not the police's problem. It is the problem of you, and your parents who will have to support you your entire life.
The driver ignored the constable controlling the intersection, ran a red light...2 traffic violations. I get getting angry, but kicking the car, injuring himself and filing false charges is going too far. Cop deserves consequences, the red light runner gets his ticket...
The injustice system will never charge adam schiff or anyone else who is at war against usa. We are lucky they didnt imprison that man for hit and run because if yhere was no video you know they wouldve
I agree, anyone who would fabricate evidence or testimony to bolster a prosecution should face equal or even double the jeopardy and punishment as the person who was falsely accused.
In soccer, that's called a flop. That cop falsified a police report and put the police department at risk for false arrest. Now, the taxpayers will have to pay off a forthcoming lawsuit.
You’re right you should also go to jail for this crime. You’re not involved in anyway, but you posted so five years in prison. The Internet has spoken.
It's criminal conspiracy, falsification of govt records, and lying to law enforcement. More than one person maliciously lied in order to falsely charge someone of a felony.
I have always been of the belief that provable tampering of evidence (which includes official reports and testimony) should face the same or DOUBLE the punishment of the crime the suspect is charged with. In this case the officer should be charged for felony falsifying an official record and sentenced based on the greater of that charge or felony hit and run + evading and eluding (whatever this defendant was charged with). It's not a crime to be wrong, about evidence or testimony, but is a crime to knowingly fabricate and lie to bolster a prosecution.
Cop #2 "Why would you kick the car?" This should have never been written up as hit and run. Both cops need to be in jail. If they tried pinning a felony on someone this isn't their first time doing stuff like that.
Please be careful with your words. Surveillance is the close watching of someone. A dash cam and other passive recording devices are not surveillance. I expect reporters in particular to use the English language properly.
They should be held DOUBLY accountable. If you have the arrogance to think you should be the one to enforce things on people then you should never ever ever fall outside those lines yourself.
I've captured 3 accidents on my dashcam, one involving me, and the other 2 I've forwarded to the parties involved. It saves a lot of headache. Even when dealing with ur own insurance company.
This isn't cops this is on district attorneys. They are borderline crooks. They get to choose who they let go with crimes and face no penalty for trying to lock up the innocent.
Curious why 'constables' were directing traffic in the first place. I'm in Pa, here, 'constables' serve arrest warrants issued by magistrates, guard magistrate courts and sometimes escort prisoners. They can also be hired by citizens to watch things like child visitation, property retrieval and repos. They are not, however, police.
“Except for the guy who was falsely charged, we’re going to extort his cooperation by still charging him a misdemeanor to make sure he doesn’t sue the department.”
and if they don't charge him I'd sue the cop in a civil suit. and maybe the prosecutor who decided not to charge him for dereliction of duty, aiding and abetting a felon etc.
@@climateanxiety2825 lol the cop/constable kicked the car and reported that he was a victim of hit and run. My guess is the "witness" is the other cop who ran over to help him.
i definitely thinks cops falsely arresting somebody for a felony should be grounds for a 5 year or longer prison sentence maybe cops would less inclined to lie if they could ruin their own lives.
Well, that's because cops are held to a lower standard than the average citizen; that's why they get "paid administrative leave" *for behavior that would get anyone else arrested.*
Look how disgustingly dishonest these cops are. He attacked him, got karma and they would have ruined that driver's life with a felony charge. And they wonder why no one trusts them.
George washington didnt want us to trust the cops or the government bro he was literally like "one day theyll have to shoot the people in this government" 😂
@@william-fla-321 Running a red light and ignoring traffic directions are the driver's fault. However, attempting to kick a moving vehicle is so unbelievably stupid that the driver couldn't have possibly predicted that as a response to his driving, as a result, the driver cannot possibly be held liable for the officer's own reckless/stupid behavior.
Really you’ve met all the police in this country? Or you should judge the actions of a whole group by a couple individuals? I think there’s a word for that.😂😂😂
You can't, as a high percentage of them believe that they know everything. Often times soley based on the special education that they've chosen to give themselves. Prior to someone having whatever job description, who they are and how they think as a person, comes with them.
So now the Cop needs to be charged with destruction of private property, filing a false police report, police malfeasance and then fired. Then the victim should sue him civilly.
He better get charged and CONVICTED for falsifying a police report. I have very little faith that will happen though. I doubt he’ll even have to pay for the property damage he caused.
Cop should get 10 years for using his badge to try to potentially ruin someone's life.(a Felony conviction has lifetime repercussions) These scumbags are getting away with it less, but they are almost always allowed to "resign" or "retire". So they LIED about the initial charge and now are going to "get him with something". ALL charges from this instance should be dismissed WITH PREJUDICE. THIS CRAP IS WHY NOBODY LIKES OR TRUSTS COPS ANYMORE!! THEY WON'T POLICE THEIR OWN!
25 years, they tried to take someones life away just so they wouldn't be embarrassed. Life for a life. They wield too much power to just get a slap on the wrist.
Thank God (and the person who recorded this and turned it in!!!) for this video tape. Has the employee be fired? Is he being charged with filing false charges? Someone could have gone to prison due to HIS LIE.
It was dumb to kick the car, but the driver still ran that red light and then fled the scene of an accident involving injury. How is that not a felony ? ? ?
That constable, who lied and tried to put someone in jail for a felony, should at least lose his job and TCOLE license. He should get some jail time too for lying to an investigator.
For my opinion, it's still the driver who bears the most blame. ignoring an instruction from a traffic controller. and even worse, continue driving after an incident. cannot be justified. and i hope the traffic controller is immediately removed from his position for irresponsible behavior, bringing himself and others in danger on purpose.
"review"? The so-called officer should have already been fired and charged. And, since his partner saw what happened, so should he. Neither one of them told the truth about what really happened.
The other guy may well have not seen what happened. He may have turned at the sound of Kicky Kenny's boot hitting the car and only seen him fall down, the car between them. There seems to be some benefit of doubt due to the second cop here. Mind you, I have not seen the reports and second cop may have embellished what he really saw to back up the first one, which removed that doubt.
@@MGower4465 Your first point is valid. But, dude, it was even stated what the officer/department alleged, which was all lies. Do you actually think any officer went against that? "embellished " is a gross understatement. I can relay a similar personal story about a dumb cop directing traffic.
@@MGower4465 In the video you can clearly see the other officer staring directly at him and the car. He watched it unfold and immediately started walking that way after it happened. He saw. Left side of screen, officer wearing a white hat. Clear as day. There is no "maybe he didn't see" when he's facing the entire thing before, during and after it happened and reacted to it immediately.
It is conceivable the partner didn't eyewitness the kick and never doubted the words told him by the aggressor/kicker. Even so, it was false testimony if he said he saw it happen as claimed by his partner. None of that will be looked into though, will it? The Blue Line is all about always supporting the lie.
Standard modus operandi. I believe that police organizations shouldn't be allowed to conduct investigations on themselves. I feel that even Internal Affairs will show more leniency to officers they regularly interact with and on the same payroll, than would be granted civilians. I'm sure there are likely police union stipulations and jurisdictional regulations preventing this, but the only way to ensure some semblance of impartiality would be to hand off potential officer wrongdoing cases to police entities in neighboring counties or State Trooper/Highway Patrol agencies.
@@LarsonPettyEven with state police or departments from other jurisdictions conducting the review/investigation, a culture of 'you cover me, I'll cover you' can develop over time. The review needs to be handled by an outside agency that will not be in any position now and in future to benefit from the outfit they're investigating. A whole other can of worms, but the FBI having a department that conducts such reviews could be an answer.
Let's see; -Driving with a dirty windshield. -Having only 32 lbs of air pressure in one tire out of 35. -Spare tire flat. -Antenna slightly bent. -Rear center seat belt has mysterious stain. All felonies! Lock him up!
We as non policing citizens know that blue covers blue. Even if blue is dirty. There's no surprise there, just frustration. This video is a great example of why some citizens should not be allowed to be cops. There is no place for someone with poor impulse control to be part of a police force. What if instead of using his leg, he used his gun and there were no cameras around to record him breaking the law he's supposed to defend? It would have been another one of many cases where it's a dirty cop's word against a helpless citizen whether they be alive or dead. Shameful.
"karma"? Seriously? No telling how many times people have suffered, legally or worse, because of that criminal cop. And, he still has his job... he -(and his partner)- were not fired, charged and arrested! EDIT Per @TheMulToyVerse argument. Although, if it is shown any other officer lied regarding the incident, the officer/s _should_ be fired.
