Sounds like driver of the car flashed his middle finger. Even though I don’t condone bikers behaviour, it is the car driver at fault for behaving indecently. And the bikers just stood up for themselves. Police overreacted by arresting them.
This is the reason why there should be the facilitation of the fear of the law. If citizens do not fear the law, more and more casualties and disputes will occur.
in the past 10 yrs no fear if u support a certain party, join them and do as u like. try it, join them and have their local party sign and flag in front and rear of ur car and then see goons will not touch you, and respect you.
Well, the ones who are supposed to enforce laws and ensure that laws are followed are no less than goons. Literal Goons are ruling the nation, cops are goons as well, and most of the goons who commit crimes have good connections with other mentioned goons, hence, why will the goons be afraid of the law.

It's a very true observation. RE, esp the Classic / Bullet buyers and riders seem mostly inspired by goondas n rowdies from '90s Bollywood movies and behave the same way on the road.
When someone tries to stop you like this by blocking the road, hit the accelerator as hard you can drive over them. Then in court say, "Milord I got scared for my life and hit the accelerator instead of brakes".
I have been using Dashcam since 2014. In addition, I always have a can of pepper spray in my door pocket. If such goons approach me, they will have pepper spray straight in their eyes.
Happened to me as well, group of bikes kicked and harassed me for not giving them freedom to cut across 3 lanes of traffic. They were arrested 3 days later thanks to amazing work of ulsoor police. 2w menace in india is out of control

I live in the capital city of India. Have traveled all the places within New Delhi. This is a daily affair. I agree with your suggestion of having a dashcam and appreciate how you pointed out the lady making the mistake on the road. One would wonder how so many people even have a license to any vehicle. Also, I would like to point out what commonly happens here. The goons were probably let go without any consequences, my intention is to state what generally does happen. They would NOT stop harassing the public on roads and wherever they would go. A lot and I mean a lot of such goons go out to ride with only 1 aim and that is to harass people and pick up fights. They would never change. Yes, the dashcam can atleast be useful to make them go away after pointing out that they're being recorded and after the innocent party has apologized to them for their "disobedience" and bowing down to these street goons. Which is also kind of practical for a sane person. I could even point out at the type and the couple of communities of the ones that predominantly look for trouble out on the roads but then even then I would sound very bad although frank. I wouldn't directly say so for fear of offending some or even the actually nice ones. Thanks for reading.
Just Delhi things actually. I honestly wish to Delhi someday, but the crime rate there is what keeps me from exploring the capital. To think that our capital is one of the most dangerous places in the country is a shame.

People pay lakhs to install stupid headlights, poor fitting sun-roof and shitty body kits, instead of buying a dashcam, costing less than 10,000 If only people add dash cam/go-pro , such crimes can be easily solved hence making the streets safer

Let me make this clear...a lot of guys in delhi speak haryanavi and portray themselves as jats and gujjars...but very often are insecure bahman, baniyas and other castes... A group of bullies used to frequent my school St. Marks Janakpuri...and the popular perception was that they were jats... Once some school seniors got together and thrashed these bullies...an FIR was registered where we got to know that the bullies were a motley crowd of mostly bahman and khatris...in fact, most of the seniors turned out to be jats...!! When manu sharma was caught, newspapers just latched on to the words "haryana politician" and declared the culprit a jat, before the reality came light in a few days time... In nirbhaya case, toi reported that the perpetrators were haryanvi speaking...i have newspaper cutting...turns out they were - bahman, baniya, rajput and saini...none of them from haryana... But the narrative doesn't stop...that's because jats consider the city's so called liberated folk as mere usurper, soothsayer and of low genetic incidence...and refuse to subjugate to their narrative like the rest of hapless India... So the propaganda continues...but it doesn't affect any jat simply because they are not into reading and stuff....lol😅 There is only an 18% possibility that the ruffian would be a jat (in proportion with the population)...
In haryana , all local people speak in same way, doesn't matter whether they are jatts or gujjar. I have seen Yadavs of haryana also speaking in same way , very different from Yadavs of up and Bihar

The previous recording has not been shown. There should be some reason why they stopped him. The bikers might not be together. Being a biker, i hv faced situations where a few bikers need to come together to stop some car which does shitty behaviour

They should have marshals ( armed police) patrolling the streets in India like they have in the US... Our Law Enforcement people Are very unfit and lethargic plus they Are not given proper armory to handle such goons... That is where the problem lies.

Many a places, I have noticed royal enfield riders behaving unruly on roads, wont give pass, will come across your lane until you stop, and blow your brains off with stupid loud exhausts.
Happened to me as well, in the lane next to Elita Promenade apartment JP Nagar, they threatened me by asking me to speak in kannada and dared to call police.
Half vedio is posted the starting vedio was driver showed middle finger to them thats why they are chasing him and u can listen also driver saying sorry bhai glti hogi and the person on bullet saying hm *angli dihkavatha* means finger dihka ra tha na.
