Yes, available with power bank, any power supply with 5V,2A. But it is powered by li-battery, so there are some risks. Pls pay attenton if you use power bank.

Hi DDPAI, I have a question on the DDPAI app for iOS. How many ddpai dashcams can I link it to the app; is it just based on WiFi ? Eg: if I have 2 x Z40 and 1 x Mini in the same car; will I be able to view connect to the camera?
Bought a Z40 and it works fine. However the time and date will not continue to run after I turned off my car engine, ended up I having out of sync time and date. Is this a hardware defect or software bug?
Hi, First, upgrade the firmware of the dash cam to the latest version. The clock is maintained by the RTC capacitor. After you connect to the app, it will sync automatically. Keep the camera working for some time, it will charge the capacitor. If next time you turn it on it still wants you to connect the APP, then I think the RTC is exhausted, kindly contact sales ask for after-sales service.
when I try installing the Z40, I keep hearing this error voice message from the camera: Rear sensor abnormal. Why is this happening and how do I fix it?
For this case, maybe you need to update the firmware. Pls send email to support@ddpai.com, tell our engineer with your dashcam model, firmware version and SN code, then he will send you a firmware and teach you to update.

Hi, the dash cam need electric to be powered, so we need to plug it into the cigaretter ligher. Hardwire kit is mainly for 24H parking monitoring, if you need this function you can hardwire it, if not it's okay too. You could set the voltage value on App, once the car battery voltage is lower than the value you set, dashcam will stop working and will not drain battery.
Thanks for such informative video, I am in need to buy a dashcam for my new car and have some doubts regarding DDPAI Z40 and 70MAI A500S. I will really appreciate if you answer the following questions. 1. DDPAI has capacitor while 70MAI has lithium battery ? 2. We should choose capacitor over lithium ? 3. Replacement batteries are easily available and easy to change ? 4. Any Dashcam has feature to record time-lapse while driving (not in Parking mode) ?

Awal saya beli DDPAi Z40 terkendala dengan GPS yang tidak mau mengunci lokasi, saya coba konfirmasi ke bagian DDPAI indonesia dan di tanggapi dengan baik, barang di tukar lagi dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku dari DDPAI indonesia, saya sangat berterimaksih karna pelayanan yang sangat baik dan cepat. Tapi keluhan saya untuk team DDPAI mungkin dari GPS nya, kenapa saya bisa sebut kurang, asal saya dari indonesia, GPS di Z40 sangat lambat mengunci lokasi padahal mobil saya dalam keadaan pintu saya buka semua, dan update firmware nya serasa ga ada update sama sekali, tolong jika ada update firmware di perhatikan untuk GPS nya karna itu sangat penting. Dan saran saya tolong firmware nya segera update supaya lebih baik lagi dan terkesan kalau DDPAI ini peduli dengan konsumenya. Salam dari indonesia, Sukses selalu untuk DDPAI Terimakasih

A: Note that even under optimal circumstances it can take a couple of minutes for your device to receive a signal. There are several possible causes for GPS issues. Follow the checklist below to find the solution that works for you. 1. Ensure the device is using the latest software. If not, update the device software. 2. Your view is obstructed. If you are in a wooded area, near tall buildings or water it can take longer than normal for your device to receive a GPS signal. Try moving to an area with an open view of the sky if possible. 3. Your device is not working correctly and needs to be reset.

Confirm whether the mobile phone and recorder are within 2 meters, whether the recorder works normally, check the status of the indicator light; 2. Confirm whether the WiFi password has been modified; 3. If there is intelligent switching network, first turn off (mobile phone settings > WLAN > Advanced Settings > scanning function can be turned off at any time); 4. Turn off the 4G network of mobile phone; 5. If there is a Wi Fi problem in the mobile phone system, turn it on again after re closing the Wi Fi in the mobile phone; 6. If multiple mobile phones are frequently connected, you need to wait for about a minute; 7. There are many WiFi hotspots and interference in the surrounding environment, so try to choose the environment with less WiFi interference, such as outdoor or driving environment;
