If anyone order before food delivery... the customer can actually pin where the food should be delivered. So most of the time when the app takes you to the wrong place is because the customer is too lazy to pin the building or house.

My sister and I talk about that type of “customer service” all the time! People have no interpersonal skills! And we hate the “no worries” or “no problem” when we say “thank you.” The correct response is “you’re welcome.”

Tips on Uber in my area of Long Island can be fabulous. $10.50 is my hidden tip guaranteed number and I don’t bother with anything without 2 digits before the decimal point unless it’s under 1 mile.
I’m in Peoria, IL and Saturday was completely dead here on both UE and DD. It was awful. Glad you exceeded your goal for the day. I definitely love UE over DD.

Yay for making more than your goal! I worked Sat and Sun. I’ve had so many offers for $2.50 to $3 for 6,8,10 miles away. My acceptance rate went from 80 down to 69. 😱 My Sunday morning to early afternoon shift was very profitable but I had a lot of downtime. I’ve learned that if I don’t focus on the money, it always works out well. Looking forward to seeing your next video. Keep up the great work!

My Easter was not great for working. I tried but it was mostly trash. I did a few IC orders but the tips were horrible and on a holiday as well. So I said forget it and spent the day with my husband and son. I completely understand about having a large bill. I hope you get it paid off soon. Nice shot of the exotic birds. I made $326 on Easter in 10 hours. It was great!! Super Bowl Sunday was even more fun. I made $321 in 9 hours. All depends what your acceptance rate is. Cherry pickers don’t see the good stuff. Facts. Raise them rates people! Today? Made $413.52 in 11 hours. Ya gotta quit cherry picking n just take most orders offered to you. You’ll be rewarded. “Here dasher! Take this $4.50 for 0.9 miles. Take this $4.50 for 2.1 miles. Ugh! Here take this $4.50 for 0.2 miles.” Really? Then I’ll send you this! “$16.50 for 5 miles.” Ended up paying $39.65. You Pat my back n I’ll Pat yours. This is how the app works! I did this all today. 8 high paying catering bag banger orders. 🥳🥳
The very very first door dash delivery I did the customer put the wrong address 😂 and not knowing any better at the time i went back and delivered it to the right place.
WOW! You really got some high paying UberEats orders. I never see any high paying orders on UE like that. But today I got a sweet order on DoorDash. Started as $25 dollars for 3 bags of dog food from Petco going 3 miles. After I delivered the order the total ended up to be $31.75. It was a good start to my shift.
Sometimes with pizzas I just open the bag and let them pull out the pizza. Sorry about the Karen lol. And I hate when people look at you waiting for you to speak. I used to work at Kohls and when people came to my register I always said “hi”. If they didn’t respond or started asking me about coupons I was like “HOW ARE YOU TODAY??? Damn barbarians. 😂
Call or text when you arrive in parking lot n say I’m here! Walking to keypad door. They’ll come running out. Most of my leave at door orders, they open door n I hand to them. They know I’m on my way cuz I text n tell them. They’re waiting outside a lot of times. Text every customer, dashers! They appreciate it n will meet you at the door. 5 star ratings!
I had 5 orders come out to meet me on leave at the door orders. I had one lady ending a marathon meet me. I had no idea there was a marathon today lol 😂. My mouth dropped when I turned the corner lol 😂. I’m like how will I find this lady?! I had been texting her and right when I got closer she was doing jumping jacks waving lol 😂. I was crying laughing yelling “go girl!”. It was 100’s of women out there.
Peacock in the road❤ I love Florida peacocks. When I first moved here we had a resident peacock that lived at the apartment complex. But it was pretty mean, it would chase you to your apartment door lol.
Number one rule, QUIT MULTI-APPING! Doordash knows you’re cheating on them. You’ll never get the banger $25-60 orders. You be loyal n you’ll get the banger orders. Otherwise you won’t.
I stopped using deliveries after watching few doordashers channels. Had to order coz I don’t drive and husband wasn’t home, but yeah I d rather wait now. Too expensive with all the tips expectations and the delivery fees
i hate dog water orders i dont take anything under 1.80 per mile cause the way i see it is if they aint gonna tip and DD is gonna make thiers best believe imma make mines =)
As a full time dasher since July 2020 when I made top dasher n got hooked. In August I made $400-450 every day that week. $2372 or something that week. I’m like seriously? I haven’t looked back! I’ve dropped my acceptance rate to the 20s n instantly regretted it. Got back up n better orders. Tanked it again, orders slid downhill. I’ve never lost top dasher again. Acceptance rate matters! I’d suggest to ya’ll to accept most orders offered to you. Deliver them bad boys n guess what? The app will send you a $25-40 paying nuggets!! There’s a reward system. You decline every small order, you’ll never see the good paying stuff. These the facts! Today I started at 10 am. Made $100 in 2 hours. $200 in 5. Accepting smaller orders then bangers came in. I had 8 catering bag orders today n made $413.52 in 11 hours n 140 miles. I laugh cried my way thru the day. All of you need to understand how the app works. It’s like you pat my back n I’ll pat yours. I’m over 18,300 deliveries in 3 years. I laugh all the way to the bank. Please listen n change up your strategy. I love daddy Doordash n he loves me! 😅
