Maybe data is mixed for old and new version of Gripen. I dont remember it could reach 2400km/h. Also on some other videos size of Gripen is same/similar to Rafale and I remember before that it was smaller plane.

Nice video, just one little detail I'd changed, is the fact the Rafale is an omniroles fighter jet, since it can perform all the missions possible and known in military aviation. It's an all-in-one machine which is globally amazing in any aspects.

What about electronic warfare? I heard the Gripen has an impressive EW suite? Is it better than rafale.? I mean (Arexis vs Spectra)?

2 single engine griffin is more than 1 double engine rafale. Plus the economy on maintenance. In this case griffin needs to fight with a tanker nearby in order to extend fight radius.

I liked 2 jet figter, but Gripen very small, but never mine, the 2 have great teknologi, aesa radar and any more, speed march 2 very fast for jet 4.5 g is now. For single engine i'm keep Gripen and 2 engine i'm keep rafale.

Gripen is agile, cheaper, quicker turnaround, superior strike package and smaller footprint. Very suitable for India just like bofors gun was. But sweden was stupid to sell Saab awacs to pakistan which is adversary of India which was like killing the Golden goose customer called India. Plus too much meddling into Indian affairs through NGO's and half baked activists like greta thunberg for their environmental cause like shutting down nuclear power plants which are green, clean and cheap source of power for poor people of india killed swedish relationship with India. Sweden would not have the guts to meddle with China for human rights for Germany for burning lignite causing pollution or french nuclear reactors or norwegian oil industry exporting all the carbon emissions. France friendship with India is time tested, never imposed sanctions when India tested nuclear missiles, a veto power with larger diplomatic footprint and would not sell weapons to adversaries of India with symbiotic business partnerships, free transit for Indian passport holders. So it made sense for india to pay double the money for rafales. All these started way back in 1996, France has been getting deals for Scorpene subs as well and will keeping getting all the business deals with ethical India & African countries and all sweden will have is unethical pakistan & China.

As a Filipino I dreamed that my country someday can buy Rafale fighter jets atleast 2 squadrons I am feel sad that because of corruption Philippines cannot buy this kind of defensive and offensive kind of MRF.

Rafale won't fly long. They are dependent on parts from russia and rafale company is constantly asking for EU to change its political course. Gripen is basically not dependent on more than a few european countries and usa for parts.
