Every other guide that I have watched said nothing about not having to get knocked up to the ledge on normal. Just trying to clarify if that is correct or not.

Any Paladin tanks running along. You can Taunt + divine shield or taunt + blessing of protection the zephyr hits. Just use either one for the 3rd one and it's a no biggie.
