skinseyful Good. We need people like her to get lazy, lowlife losers who want to take from hard working, productive citizens and not go to work themselves the fuck out of our society. This man had no reason to die, None! All for chump change.
@@cowboylemonheadmedia not even chump change..... $30 WTF.!!!???? Could of got a front went and sold that, then 2 hours later had $500 in my pocket and my own shit..... these punks nowadays don't know shit about hustling......
How bout Defendant WARNER Who Supposedly Shot/Killed VICTIM ADAM Has 7 FELONIES at 31!!!! He Is Fighting Not to Get A DEATH SENTENCE Right Now But LIFE.
Jailhouse snitches should simply never be used as a witness, no matter if for the state or the defense. Their testimony is almost never reliable for very good and rather obvious reasons. A lot of innocent people sit in jail because of self-serving snitches. Sad!
Dirty ass prosecutors trying to Get a guilty verdict by feeding a story line to the convict testifying in exchange for time off his sentence. It's amazing the lengths that prosecutors will go to and how much they will why just to boost their statistics and success rate
@@JackRainfield but they always ask that... and there's always an understanding or a deal regardless if they share that in open court or not. And this goes for every plea or viable testimony from an individual. Another example, the lawyer would tell you you're only looking at a certain amount of time if "you plead out today!" Yet most defendants don't go in there explaining to the judge when asked, what their lawyer just assured them would happen if they plead guilty or testify.
@@thinkinsidetheboxsquarecir3303 I can see how it would discredit the testimony if they mentioned a deal in court. I guess jurors just assume a convict is looking for something otherwise why would they take the risk.
You didn't understand the importance of what you thought he was confused about.... and as you can see an important element was allowed in as a result! Nobody in that courtroom that understands law thought the judge was an idiot
Yes he is innocent of these charges. He wasn't involved in this case. Only heard what someone who was involved said about being the triggerman. The fact that he has 5 felonies wouldn't bother me IF A. This witness does not know the defendant which he does NOT. And B. If he's ever been convicted of perjury.
When applying to be a gangster, it's an automatic refusal if your name is Gary, Timothy, Peter, John, or Henry. There's a few more...just cant remember them atm!
It doesn't matter who pulled the trigger, the innocent father has died, and this two man were in their did the killing, so they both should be put in jail for life. Adam did not given a chance for his life to be spare, laughed about him begging to spare his life, cause of his five years old daughter, but they didn't. Both deserve life with NO parole!!! Justice system is disgusting!!!
Ok so this guy got convicted as guilty on all charges. and there was all this resonable doubt. Theres no actual evidence of gun residue on andre. He actually has a good story as to the events and what happened and where he was. Now there is this guy saying someone else said they are the trigger man. This is all resonable doubt. It seems people are so stuck on either convicting guilty or not guilty i dnt think the jury understand what resonable doubt means. Seems like the jury just wanted to go home and proscutor is a psychopath and doesnt care who she puts away as long as she gets another prosecution under her belt and added to her rap sheet. Dre testified in his own defense and raised resonable doubt and the thing with law is that if there is an ouncw of resoanble doubt it makes someone not guilty and thats where i think jurors forget or arent notified that option exsists. Mind you jurors are also simple minded american people whom many have no idea of the options they can choose in law and just want to go home most of the time and i dont think they know what they are doing by convicting a man as guilty just to go home sooner.
@@MizCo-zt8vt " juries are simple-minded Americans" but not you, because you know more than everybody else involved in this don't you? They should have just had you come to the trial this we've been over with as soon as you finish talk cuz you know everything
nothing is wrong with the truth! my advice is, dont do shit you know could cost you freedom or your life. I got snitched on by all of my codefendants, and I was the only one to do time because I refused to talk. cost me 10 years of my life. 5 in and 5 on parole cause I smoked weed like newports. now thats some dumb shit! Fast forward 21 years later, I watched a man get beat to death on my lunch break at work. I wrote a statement and got on the stand. wrong is wrong. people are brainwashed. If my loved one was killed, I would want answers and justice. Those lazy, depraved loosers could all have went to the temp agency and got a little work, some pay cash the same day you work. The victim was innocent, they could have let him live. His daughter was robbed, she cannot replace her biological farther, what about her? Then laugh about it like its a joke? WTF is wrong with mfs? FRY them all, fuck lethal injection, put them all in the chair and cook them bitches. start with the girl who all of a sudden wants to be a victim, then the rest can fight to see who goes next.
How ironic... "Dre" AKA "ANDRE" had gunshot residue on his arm? Now Gary, AKA "Crazy Cousin," goes by "Dre"? Hmmm.... Sounds like a cover because he doesn't want to get a beat down in jail for being a snitch.
Lies jail keep you young all you doing is drinking water and eating soy products and noodles no sun contact no real air contact besides the ventilation system dude just dusty and ugly and from his hair his commissary is very low damn near indigent kit one small bar of soap one comb one pack of shampoo and conditioner and a pack of toothpaste
Made by a BEAutiful queen-Bea he’s snitching on his cell mate about a murder he told him when they was cellie I’m guess the cellie talk about his murder case to this guy on the stand.
No one thought to ask the witness “is the defendant sitting here in court the person you knew to be Dre?” Or maybe, “do you know Dre?” “Do you see Dre in this courtroom here today?” Then again, maybe they only do that on TV! Anyways, it’s good to see my virtual friend Molly on here !!
The witness didn’t know who Dre was or what he looked like or anything. He was simply repeating a story that Josh told him about this “Dre” person. He literally couldn’t even tell that “Gary” and “Dre” were two different people, so those questions would be irrelevant.
Imagine being a lawyer and defending someone you know is a guilty monster...I wouldn't be able to lay my head on that pillow at night . What a burden to bare for some cash ...
So hearsay is admissible in court never heard of such a thing secondhand information should have been thrown out by the judge but since he allowed it this defendant may get off in the state will lose their position
Why testify as an inmate for nothing in return, and you're a lifer? There has to be motivation to snitch. Like he said himself he was getting picked on back in prison. Why go thru that for nothing. I call BS
5 Felonies 🙄. What happened to the 3 strike law? Just repeat it over and over. That guy was probably given 6 months off. Now he's known as a snitch🤷♀️. Dang. That lady lawyer with that writing again📝. Epic 🤣
Nicole Washington 3 strikes law was made to deter crime, it showed to have no benefit since it was in effect. It has don’t tremendous harm to society and humanity by sending too many people to prison for life and or a long time with no violent crimes.
@@rickjames4031 Amen to that. I remember the case with the lady who was given a third strike when she left a gas station with a soda that she didn’t pay for. She swore it was an accident. But wtf. It was a soda. Even if it wasn’t an accident you don’t put someone in jail for life over a soda. I was a kid when I remember them fighting this and all these people and celebrities rallying to help the lady. They covered it on Geraldo or one of those shows. And her case was one of the most extreme, but there were other cases that were bad too. You try and change your life and do better and something happens out of your control and your done. It’s hard enough to prove yourself when you have a past, imagine proving yourself with life hanging over your head even though you’re only facing life because of a third strike, not because of committing any crime warranting life.
Nothing he said can be used because it’s all hearsay from a criminal doing life. What is his motivation for snitching? To get out of the pen for an hour and see pretty women in the courtroom??
His motivation is literally to just take a ride and see some new scenery. As a lifer, he’s got nothing else going on. Not sure why the prosecution cares so much about having this witness. He makes a bad one.
Lifers, still have wants and needs,,its not uncommon under the table to be given commissary, extra visitation etc. Also people don't realize many prisons are like summer camp they have access to t.v, computers working out, libraries and commissary is much more than food,,its often hygiene and comfort items. Hell I knew someone who got headphones and earplugs from commissary, sometimes certain battery operated electronics etc
@@protect_provide8031 there's plenty of lifers that get taken to 25 year's and when they do them they can come up for parole. They also get more privileges, a job in jail as a trustee, money on commissary, and if he snitches enough, he can take his time down to 10 years. You'd be surprised how many lifers actually get out after 25 year's
The judges driving me crazy . he doesn't look he is in the state of good mind.i suggest the lady lawyer more eligible took the judges position.give break lol sleeping do not know what his saying anymore.
I literally can't even keep up with the narrative, sounds like a damn tellingception to me! He told that he told that she told that he told this. Shidddd my head hurts! 😂
Funny how nobody understands that this guy is not snitching but was once a prosecution witness but flipped on the prosecution in the end most likely because him and Mr. Warner was in the same jail at some point and talked about it. Happens all the time in jail.
@@rockstarofredondo yes they were trying to impeach his testimony on grounds of hearsay because he changed his story on where he received the information intentionally. This was a prosecution witness which is why she wanted his testimony.
🤔 how tf the judge don’t remember wtf ths man just said on the stand... right next to him 😭 I’m confused at ths point, how can u make a final judgement n u don’t even understand the damn evidence in the case 🤷🏽♀️
He altered his story coz andre got word thru the grapevine of what would happen if he didnt. At the end he asked the judge for and out because he wanted to be done for more reasons than one.
