Yeah I agree with what you said. Dating in 2024 is honestly sad. At the end of the day we all just want someone to love and care about us. Social media and dating apps have made it nearly impossible to find true love. Unfortunately there isn't a lot we can do about it either. It's just the way the world is now. As a single guy who's 26 trying to find a girl to settle down and have a family with, it's rough. At the end of the day we can only keep working on ourselves and trying to find someone to be with but nothing is guaranteed. Sometimes I wish that I grew up before technology. Great video dude!
Always LOVE your videos/takes on dating! I recently hired a dating coach with plenty of IG "clout" because i just have felt completely stuck in my dating life. Your words and your message is second to none and i appreciate the time you spend on this subject. Not to make out men as the victim here, but i genuinely don't think women understand how difficult it is for men in the dating scene. Me personally, Im trying to completely re-structure my life for the better with hopes to feel better about myself and to also attract a girl i'm actually interested in. Hope you have a great week, Derek.
You’re spot on and I agree about the bragging the body count to the bros too. I been with pretty girls but I never bragged about getting with them to my friends.
I'm a woman but this is informative. After getting so depressed to the point of having to be on antidepressants because I was having suicidal thoughts. It's not that any guy was so great and I was sad about missing out on being with him, it's that I'm being used and rejected time and time again or cheated on when I finally do get "commitment" I was seeking validation that I'm worthy. I just wanted to feel worthy one time. There's nothing special about any of these guys who hurt me.
