I've lived in Bangkok for 5 years , I don't date bar girls. I tend to go for Thai women over 40 , middle class , well educated, good job,and who speak good English. I can speak some Thai . I'm not paying any woman a monthly sum .The novelty of go go bars ended for me years ago.
I met my Thai wife on ThaiFriendly. We now live in southern California. Couldn't be happier. She worked in a BKK hospital and has never been near the bar scene. She was new on the site. Sure, there are lots of freelancers and retreads, but there are good women on there too. Just take your time and use common sense.
It always confuses me that people date party girls and working girls in these countries and when it inevitably goes wrong they blame it on “Thai women”, these type of girls are everywhere in the world and they wouldn’t get into a relationship with them in their country, so why Thailand?

I'm hoping to visit a friend in Thailand (we're both from the- UK) He met a Thai girl, married her, moved back to UK for a few years, spent a fortune on a UK visa for his wife, then gave up on the crappy UK, moved to Thailand and he now lives and works there, and owns a large piece of land. It all sounds pretty idyllic, hoping to get out there soon

To be fair to the guy sometimes girls asked to be taken to KFC or McDonald's or similar because fast food in Thailand is quite expensive so the only times the girls would visit as if a foreigner took them there and paid for the meal
I think I might try the Ghost Baby thing next time in Thialand. I'll keep collecting sweets from 7-11, and then when these girls ask me for money. I'll go to the Ghost Baby drawer !!!
Wierd (Story 2 sounds like a Lipoma, Fairly common fatty growth which is usually a day procedure) Lipoma removal is covered by my health insurance in Australia HCF as I had one and it was fully covered for the removal but I suppose they are all different.
7:15 I was married to a malay girl, and before we were married, she came to visit me in Canada a few times. A visa to Canada is not hard. All I had to do is write a letter to the CBSA (canada border Service) saying I would be responsible for her visit and bills, and she has a 15 min chat at the Embassy. I imagine a visa from a muslim country like M'sia is harder to get than one from Thailand.. It's not hard.
It is basically impossible for the kind of girl a westerner would meet in Thailand to get a vacation visa to the US. These only go to highly educated Thais with lots of money. Your only realistic option is a 90-day fiancée visa that takes about 18 months to get.
I don’t know the details about where to catch the bus at the airport, but I know from many viewers that a bus goes every 30 minutes to put tire. And I think this information will be very easy to find at the airport. In Bangkok, you take the BTS to Ekkamai bus terminal, I think it’s exit two or three from the BTS station and the bus terminal is right there. The tickets can be purchased from window number one, but be warned, there will be guys shouting out “Pattaya, leaving now” who use those little minivans. You want to go on the big blue bus. It cost 131 Baht down to Pattaya.

It's really bad timing at the moment because today I'm tied up with preparing stories for next Saturday tomorrow I have to go over to Bang Wah to meet somebody which will take up most of the day and on Sunday I'm actually going off to Cha Am for a few days. How long will you be in Bangkok for?

It took a lot of practice but I walk in a certain way and I hold the camera in a certain way it's still difficult but it's acceptable to the viewing audience
I should take more videos, at the time it seems a little mundane and I'm not a fan of shoving cameras of girls faces. Then a couple of years later especially after covid when a lot of bars have changed or gone completely I think I wish I'd filmed more.@@L-Nino
Bugspray smell was a hint. Had to sleep with lights on to hold back the invasion. I have not lol that hard so hard. In college, i had to pay my way. So i had to live in the cheapest apt i could find. I had to leave the lights on to hold back The Horde.
Funny, in May 2024, I stayed on the street Peter started his walk. Soi 6, Citrus Suites Sukhumvit 6. Visited that 7-11 several times. Another funny coincidence, after I returned from my May trip to Thailand I came across a video that showed Soi 6 walking in the opposite direction of Peter's walk. In that video the guy pointed out that there are two BJ bars on the end of that street. I didn't know there was such a thing. I must have walked by them 20 times on my way out to Sukhumvit Rd. I just thought they were what would be considered dive bars here in the US.
