In 2011, Cambodia introduced a law which prohibits foreign men over 50 years old from marrying Cambodian women. The law only applies to foreign men, not foreign women, and not Cambodian men. Is this law still active ? Was the age limit revised ?

Nice! I never knew Cambodians were that tall. My GF in the Philippines was 5'2" and towered over most of the other women, because Philippines is 4'7"-5'2". The Thai women are 5'2" and up. This would make Cambodians the same as Thai women.

So I guess Cambodia is not a suitable country for someone who only wants to date casually?

You said about "the riverside". I met a smiley girl by the riverside while taking a walk. Totally a more traditional Khmer girl (seemed not to be so educated and english was poor). WIthin the space of two days, she loved me, wanted to marry me and have childen with me. WOuld turn up at my hotel unannounced and wait for hours if I wasnt there or even messaged her that I was busy working. Kinda creeped me out and i felt the red flags going up. A few more days and we were having dinner. Suddenly..."I'm sorry"..."I'm married"..."But I don't love him anymore, we have separated" (after 6 years, no kids?). Then a huge red flag went up. Was she (and maybe even the husband/exhusband??) running a scam. I had to cut her off because it seemed really shady.

Besides Cambodian women, what are other nationalities that you have had relationship with?

Can a Cambodian woman live with you as partner without marrying her ? Is it possible to live together without getting married ?

Only Cambodian girl I dated was born and raised here in the US. So unfortunately, I only got a low grade Americanized version no different than your average yuppy image and money obsessed white woman.
