Love Dave’s comedy. I greatly disagree with his take on politics, but I value his right to say whatever he believes. Protect free speech or comedy disappears.
I was in college at a satellite penn state campus near philly in 2001 or so and Dave Chapelle came. He was so fucking hysterical. I think more so then than now tbh

25:02 I was very fortunate to see Dave Chappelle when he first came back I'm not sure if it was his first show back from his hiatus at least first 10 it was called the Oddball Festival it was Flight of the Conchords and Dave Chappelle it was pretty funny they tried kicking my ass out so I'll try to record it and I'm like well where is the sign saying I can't and there's these tiny signs the tiniest freaking sign like you wouldn't notice it saying you can't record I'm like put it in big letters let the everybody know that you can't record don't put it in little letters that's like trying to steal my money at the door have big ass letters do not bring in cameras turn off cell phones. And for the people that hate people that record shows the reason why I record shows is because my brain is forgetful I forget a lot of things and also nostalgia because when I'm older I would like to go back and look at that and be like oh yeah that's right I was there that night also sometimes I would drink too much of my blackout sometimes I'm scared to watch those ones cuz I don't know where I end up but I love recording shows

The working ish out in the elevator, that is hilarious, but real. I lived below a male couple back in the day in San Antonio and I'm pretty sure they beat the crap out of eachother when they were fighting/drunk whatever. They were young too. I never could bring myself to call the cops, I just, I didn't know what the line is or was and I just let them do their thing. I definitely didn't want to piss off two dudes that walk by my front door every day, lol.

Someone please tell me when Dave Chappelle got fine? He used to be this skinny little dude and I had no interest in him at all other than his ability to tell a damn good joke. But now I can't take my eyes off him. Damn Damn Damn I don't know when it happened but he looks good to me!
