Jason brings up a good point about the Rick James thing, and you gotta give Dave Chappelle some credit for that being the entire point of the segment, but still breathing new life into the punchline by having it be in Mickey Mouse's voice, but then twists that to clap back, because you know, it was at DISNEYLAND? Somebody definitely said, 'Oh my God! Mickey Mouse is Mexican!"

The problem was that when George Washington said that 'all people are created equal' he wasn't talking about black people, only the whites. Slavery was legal then and they were viewed as nothing more than 'property' not people. The declaration of independence was poisoned from the beginning

If I ever saw Dave Chappelle in public, I probably wouldn't go talk to him, but I'd do something, just to let him know I see him. Like... turn to my buddy, tap him on the shoulder, and point over at Dave, and say, "LOOK at him. He LOVES it. Just like it said in the encyclopedia!" or something. (Which is a reference to his first special, when he was talking about eating fried chicken in public. Just to say, "I've been here, and I'm still here.")

Dave speaking facts..but one thing everyone don't speak about when they're talking bout slavery is the fact everyone and every nation had slaves.. Slavery is the norm....the wild thing is that ppl decided to put a stop to this practice and fight other nations.. including Africans to do so..
