Ace you are really on top of my biggest pet peeve and in the bay area it is a fucking epidemic! If you have the right of way you have no choice you cannot let the other person go there are people behind you. Driving behind a liberal taking their electric car out for a walk is the most maddening shit on earth. So cal is like race track compared to SF.
