Solid & clear! That cymbal & bass has a presence that justifies the cost of that Ortofon! Dave Grusin always made very good recordings, the music's good too!!

Wunderschöne Leistung dieses scheinbar idyllischen doch perfekt komponierten Meistetstücks im rhythmischen Tempo mit klar artikuliertem Klang des genialen Soloklaviers und perfekt entsprechenden Tönen der anderen Instrumente. Die präzise Reproduktion ist auch perfekt!

Hi Alvaro. I first came across this track when it was used as a theme tune to a BBC World Service radio series many years ago, and I went on to listen to more of Dave Grusin's music after that. Good music and GRP records are always so well produce as well!

Hey, how did i miss this video? Awesome track, Bob! I was a big fan of Dave Grusin during the 1990s, i still have several CDs from that time, and one of them is a compilation which includes this great tune. Good sound quality from his label, although it was all digital as they proudly announced on the label of your record. The Ortofon did a magnificent job as usual. Very hard to top that!

Thank you Rui! GRP recordings always soiund great - digital done right! Soon after this track came out it was used as a theme tune for a BBC World Service radio programme, which is where I first heard it. I've been a fan of Dave Grusin ever since. And yes the Ortofon picks it up very nicely ;o)
