My favorite part: salvaging the old outdoor sink for use in the powder room. My least favorite part: the finance' saying "Don't start" when tears were on their way. Red flag!

She just explained it. It's a sofa which turns into a bed. The full space is dedicated to her healing recovery and writing music upstairs. When guests arrive the upstairs sofa turns into a pretty bed.

That is Truly a beautiful modification & newly designed space, I love it, Truly amazing 😍 NOW that's, "shabby chic," as I might describe it, so much room to build from, love the openness & great open space on the Property. Beautiful table, the guitar rack is so cool, love the loft area, the sauna is mad cool, what an amazing addition, the restoration of that sink, OMG, just sweet/mint, excellent...

How come they never have a designated space for a TV? I get for the show and staging wise they don't include TVs. But realistically, they owners will put a TV in immediately. Why not have a place all ready for it? There is no spot for a TV in the living room. Idk I just find it odd.
