Saw Dave and Jimmy throughout there whole careers at my beloved club. They were both the greatest players I have ever seen. Obviously different kind of players to each other. In today’s market they would both be worth a billion pounds each, they were that good. By the way Alan Mullery was also a very fine player.

Jimmy greaves said it was the biggest crowd he ever played before he says official crowd was 130 thousand. Add a few unofficial thousands ie getting lift overs and people bunking in.... good ole days
