For the last 21 years that I have been a fan of The Dave Matthews Band, I have not seen or heard anything like this "interview." From the very start this looks ad-libbed and uncomfortable. I am not sure why this time was wasted on questions about things outside the window and upcoming shows, rather than the multitude of drastically more interesting things going on with Dave Matthews or his band. I was taken back by the unstudied behavior of both hosts but she was so overtly brash I was confused as to why he stayed. She even makes a comment to leaving the interview herself and Dave is put in an awkward position to ask the host to stay. I did watch all the way to the end, as I was wanting it to end better. That was not the case. I hope nothing but the best for everyone involved in the project, but they should use this as a learning opportunity for what not to do in the future.
This is so weird, watching this video as it was coming to the end, I started goin' through the comments and was readin' yours, and just as I'd gotten to the word and/or words 'ad-libbed,' Dave too says 'ad-lib' or 'ad-libbed,' as if he had read it for me inside of my head, if that makes sense, at all... Very strange! LmMFaO!!!
