I want to give a big shout out to the sound engineer for the amazing quality of the sound for this concert. Almost July 2024 and the more I listen this timeless concert more and more appreciate DM lyrics skills and Tim’s sweet tone and guitar skills as well.

Two Step is so damn good, this song just never gets old.

As a lifelong acoustic guitar player and devout concert-goer, I return to this masterpiece of a performance month after month and year after year. It remains perfection on every level, it never ages. For me, and without intending any hyperbole, this is the greatest acoustic rock performance of all time.

I've really never heard something so well played, well sung, well synchronized between two musicians, so emotionally sung. Absolutely amazing. Blown away. Thank you DM and TR!!!

The version of Lie in our Graves from this concert is by far the best version and has by far one of the best, if not the best solos from Tim Reynolds ever!! I can listen to that second solo over and over and pick up something new each time. Tim is "Pure genius" and Dave couldn't ask for a better partner to play alongside him.

Im addicted to this concert

This is a deeply spiritual song. Not necessarily a Christian song the way people generally interpret the word, but spiritual as in an examination of the singer's own spirit, a supplication for forgiveness while doubting whether he deserves it. It is beautiful and heartbreaking. This is a stunning song, and the mesmerizing way the Band weave in and out of each other musically is a dance performed by masters.

Went here with my sister. This band has saved me from going to some real dark places in my head. Thank you guys.

Damn. Listening to him talk about that soldier right before playing Gravedigger now in 2022 is so fucking sad because we are still abandoning our vets. Letting them die and/or live the rest of their lives in agony from all of the exposure, not only to the chemicals in the burn pits in Iraq and Afghanistan, but also the exposure to those horrros they experienced that left them broken mentally and hysically.

I cannot stop listening to this... It may be the best music I've ever heard

This rendition of „Bartender“ is one of the all time greatest performances that ever took place on a stage. How two people with guitars can deliver like this is amazing. I‘m not religious at all, not one bit. But this is miraculous.

I remember listening to Dave as a teenager. We're the same age. I entered the Military and had complete focus on my career and sports training after high school. Unfortunately I lost track of Dave for 8 years and he only toured therefore his music was not on radio. My girlfriend reintroduced me to Dave many years later. I was a business success at the time. However my girlfriend felt I would grow more as a person if I finished college and encouraged me so I enrolled and mainly listened to Dave Matthews music for Motivation to focus on learning. I graduated college and Dave was part of my success as a good student and graduate. I learned that is the case with other College Acadamians and Dave was behind the scenes...of higher learning and personal development.

I worked on this show and those guys were fun even though dave is not feeling that great. Shows that he is one the best showmen around. Radio City really is a special place that makes it all the more exciting. Timeless.

I swear this sounded much more sad while I was listening to a burned CD of this on repeat while my mending my first real broken heart. Now that I have a few grey hairs, I'm actually watching it for the first time while my wife and are dozing off on the couch, it sounds kind of happy.

Pure mastery of the guitar by Reynolds, pure mastery of songwriting by Matthews. But none of this genius overshadows the great vocal performance. Easily one of the greatest acoustic rock performances of all time. (In my humble opinion, THE greatest). Still listening to this and loving it all these years later.

This was peak Dave, right in the middle of my 8 year run of seeing him every summer. Amazing still to this day. Only artist that consistently makes me cry happy tears. Beautiful music.
