@@niklasevensen7418 audio tech kept screwing up and a random loud burst of feedback went through Dave’s headset, he let it slide the first time but the second time he just straight up threw the guitar at the audio tech and stormed off the stage. 😂 I guess you could say he was “angry again”.
+Artec619 he did forget because the lyrics were: "The Earth starts to rumble" " World powers fall" and he sang instead of "World powers fall" the line from the previous verse witch was "It's metal brain corrodes" and the crowd didnt forget it.
I can understand how he made that mistake even after playing the song for years. I have a habit of randomly singing certain songs and Symphony of Destruction is one of them, but even though I sing it so frequently I still end up switching those out.
Dustin Wetherbee yes i also have that sometimes but its hard enough playing guitar while singing and then you also have to remember the lyrics its quite a thing if you dont keep practicin it
I've had many chances to approach Dave and ask for an autograph or a picture, I never did because I was afraid he was going to go mental on me. Ellefson on the other hand, coolest dude ever.
Dave is actually notoriously good to his fans. Here's a list... In 2004 he chatted on the airport with me and my mates for a whole effin 45 minutes and he was a great sport. My stupid ass even asked about Metallica and he told me about how "anger is a good motivator but hate is not". Who'd spare that kind of time?! He has also been active in the internet, sparing the time to talk to his fans since mid-90s. Back in early 2000s he'd regularly join his forums too. He befriended some drug addict fans and mentored them before. Everyone does meet and greets but he actually tried. I love him to deth.
@@JRixG15 not really, yeah what he did was fucked up but doesn’t change the fact he was the nice guy of the band as far as public image went (until the end of course)
Well, he could've handled those situations a lot better. At least I had to facepalm a couple of times watching this. He can be really childish at times. We all can.
Being a 40 year old musician who uses the mic to roast a bunch of 14 year old kids who went to see him play and didn't really do anything to hurt him with homophobic slurs while knowing that he has all that security around him just in case isn't quite the win. Unless he CLEARLY sees a violent fan (like in the Dave Grohl incident), or he gets physically threatened by someone from the audience, there's no need for those dramatic bullshit scenes. It really doesn't make him look like a badass, more like a bitter asshole. As cocky as Metallica and other bands were, laughing at some fans who got up on stage and making jokes, they never really did it in a bad taste and made it personal like Dave here.
+Victor Sanchez why would we do that ?? Dave taught James .. Like for fuck sakes, James is still Only using power chords ( just like when Dave left) ... Not that you fake Metalheads would know what that is ..? The phoney mystique of Metallica is over .. They can't play or write . And that should be painfully obvious by now .
+Frank Peltier lmao fake metal heads? Hahaha you're really funny. And I'm saying thank James for kicking him out, thus making Dave want to start his own metal band. With the great Marty Friedman. One of the greatest guitarists
dave is the fucking man, no one can insult an asshole in the crowd better!! plus its no joke, with his martial arts training he probably could legit kill these guys if they tried anything.
You know what's funny? I saw Megadeth in September and I was in the front row and I tossed my "Make Metal Great Again" hat up there. I didn't get anywhere near them but I wanted to get Kiko's attention. Good thing no one saw. lol
I absolutely love Dave Mustaine, always have-and I find most of these episodes pretty funny. What you're not taking into consideration in these situations is that people/fans frequently act like psychotic assholes at shows-especially metal shows-and they deserve to be lambasted and/or thrown out.

axl rose walks of stage and fights and he gets so much hate, Dave Mustaine does it and no one bats an eye. wtf?!?! btw not trying to hate, love them both, both great musicians.
Dave doesn't walk offstage, when he did it in a this video is because he needed another guitar, and when he fights fans it's because those fans are retarded fucks.
+Dean Armstrong dont get me wrong, im not trying to defend him, cuz throwing a guitar most of us would have to work hard for is pretty much a douchebag move. But i still respect this man so much. Axl too, even though he didnt really make up to the fans after ruining the("ir") show.
For all the people saying Dave is abusing his fans.. he's really not. He's shitting on the people who show up to a Megadeth concert to fuck with all the fans. I've personally seen Dave at a meetngreet once. He seems like a cool dude.

Fails? He's making honest communication with the crowd. He did this when I saw them to a group in front, and honestly the show got better when the people causing shit stopped. Better for me, better for us, and I'd assume better for him... If someone's being a dick, calling them on it isn't a fail. At the end you hear the crowd cheer him for it.
Hay think about this what if Metallica split up and they all tried to make a band of their own say after kill'em all album do you think any of them would have made it like dave did ?
The first couple clips weren't really fails, they were technical problems with his ear piece so he can listen to what he is playing. The rest are just Dave putting foot to arse to vile little twats in the crowds. I call this an epic win.
My favorite of them when once in Hungary they left their concert because Mustaine "broke his toe" because he kicked a rock but they ate all the food that was in their private room then went back to their 5 star hotel.
I don't think so, after all you can ask the past the 200 guitarrist, the 350 drummers that have been in Megadeth, his guitar tech back in 2015 or some 'tallica dudes, they'll confirm what I say.
