Dave Neese and Carol Michaud remember Skylar Neese a decade after her death

I still remember it as if it just happened y'day. I can only imagine what Skylar was thinking when her so-called friends started stabbing her. To me, they should never get paroled. The murder was planned and it was senseless. They should've been tried as adults. I'm sure Dave and Mary are still missing her like crazy. Unfortunately, that's a wound that time just can't heal. Because it was a planned/calculated murder, Shelia and Rachel should've gotten life without parole. They planned the whole thing. Had everything in the trunk of the car. Who wants/needs friends like the two of them?!

Their parents will never be OK with it. They only learned and are still learning how to live with the loss in time. But they will never be the same like before she was alive.

@@vrobbee I'd be surprised if either one of them still has a single friend or even a family member that still keeps in touch with them after all this. I wouldnt want anything to do with them being friends with either one of them would be like selling your soul to the devil. I wouldnt put it past either one of these bitches to do this again to someone else that they decide they no longer wanted to be friends with or revealing even more of their skeleton closets to their world. Their fucking psycho and sociopaths and their both menances to society. Both of these bitches should of gotten life without parole given that they planned this out for months for no real reason. Again I dont understand how the fact that just because Rachel had a come to Jesus moment after repeatedly lying to police for months about what happen for months and then confessed to what she and Shelia did and then led police to Skylars body, somehow warrants her a lesser sentence. If Shelia Eddy got life in prison then Rachel Shoaf should of too. She committed the same crime as Shelia and even talked about how much she hated Skylar and wouldnt mind if she died. Just because her conscience caught up with her does not make her any less evil then Shelia. Rachel also seems very fake to me and so does Shelia, but Rachel somehow more I think her fake good christian girl persona she potrayed to people was just a facade she potrayed to people to hide who she really is. I pray to god these two evil psycho bitches never get out, I not only feel bad for Skylars parents but I feel bad for anyone who considered these two friends.

Shelia was her "friend" from childhood. Shelia and Rachel took their relationship a little further than friendship and they had stopped including her when they would meet. According to what was played out on TV, she threatened them one time saying, "you doing sh_t like that... just know that I know". They met with her and stabbed her to death. She kept asking them, "why". They should never get paroled. It was a cold and calculated murder.

I think Rachel apologized to them at her trial but Dave didn't wanna hear it (can't blame him). Shelia showed no remorse. She plead guilty and sat back down. They both deserved Life w/o parole but that's not how it turned out.

Rachel's up for parole later this year, Shelia in 2028. I hate to say it but their sentences were handed to them before the pandemic shifted priorities among those in charge of the prisons, so their odds of getting out just went up. Maybe not on the first round, but we'll see.

Right!! It's not fair!! But one day ( unless they truly repent) they Will stand before our judge Jesus!!

Possibly even the fact that their parents didn't do enough to keep boundaries on their children and allowed them to do this. Parents are just as responsible for what happened to Skylar. She didnt see it coming and was forgiving and very easy going compared to her high maintenance friends.
