It's a very slight, subtle crunch, the texture is somehow still soft as you begin to chew. It is what all thin slice pizza aspires to be. It's not "that crunchy", it's just "magically crunchy" as in, it shouldn't be able to be both crispy AND soft AND be that thin all at the same time, and yet, somehow this pizza is. I've had it myself and it was every bit as good as Dave said it is. It is actually worth a three hour detour just to enjoy a plain cheese pizza from this place.

I live near new haven and have had all the greats, its one thing we're actually good at. Also, in the winter, i heat up slices on top of a wood burning stove. If crunch alone is what you're after, just leave it on long enough and the bottom will turn into a tortilla chip. Or, if you're a normal person, the right length of time makes it almost as good as fresh. About 5 minutes. Microwave makes it soggy, oven dries it out, woodstove is awesome if u need to reheat.
