if you go to that like 10min clip vice put up, the only thing you'll see in the comments section is people giving vice shit for the hackjob editing and telling them to release the full interview. even the people who are fans of vice are on there telling them that
They put a longer version up and they still gave them shit. Peterson came off as a bit of a psycho in his delivery and people didn't like it. Sounds like his followers would defend him no matter what
what the extra 8 minutes they added in? o gosh thank you so much vice... they talked for two fucking hours dude, where did that go? the reason dr peterson came off like a psycho is because both videos are designed to make him look that way, through the editing, which is what everyone is commenting about. vice deserved every bit of negative reaction they got in the response to that video.
To be fair I think the context is clear in the second video where it wasn't in the first. If they released two hours of raw footage and he still looked bad then you'd be asking for the interviewers notes and a transcript of anything talked about off camera
i really wish Jordan was there with the guys to correct their claims a little bit, although I love they try to defend him, they don't seem to be that careful or at least spot in with their words. but great guests anyway, great show

I watch/listen to a lot of stand-up comics podcasts, specials etc. I've never heard one of them say they themselves crushed like Dave Rubin did lol. Cringe.
Who the hell is the guy in the background who is always playing on his phone? Who pays him? What do they pay him for? He texts on his phone and sits like a bump on a log....pay me half and I'll do that. Seriously what does he bring to the table?
am I nuts or is Rubin insufferable? Seems like he's trying really hard to insert himself into the center of this political conversation surrounding Peterson and Bret and Eric Weinstein and also trying to slyly turn talking points into self promotion in a smarmy and not very subtle way. Guy just seems disingenuous and kinda slimy.
I wouldnt really call decades of research and studying ONE specific subject and then explaining that subject to millions of people brilliantly "buuuuulshit out his ass", but whatever.
