As a fellow elder millennial, I really appreciated this one. Dave's Insanity was legendary in our college years. I'm sure someone will come along and say "WELL THE SCOVILLE RATING..." etc but we ALL knew a guy who did shots of this but is now homeless and only speaks with the animals.

I love in the slo-mo at the end, you can see the tiny bit of meat break free and fly off on it’s own, just to perfectly rejoin it’s brothers right back where it belongs xD

I'd just like to point out that the tiny bit of meat that came out at the end of the Will it Blow? landed perfectly on top of the rest of the meat.

Mr. Sausage, with a newer grinder you could probably make frozen ice sausage with the ice that you put in the the grinder. Call it a sausage snow cone

The will it blow basically heat-seeked itself to Mr. Sausage's face. If that's not a premonition of this sausage attacking his senses then I don't know what is.

Obligatory suggesting of Ox Tail Sausage. Pan sear them first, for delicious reasons, before slow cooking (or similar) them until super tender! (Also, unless you don't mind paying full price, I'd suggest either waiting for them to go on sale or check to see if any butchers have them "cheap")

Daves insanity ghost pepper sauce is real good. You're only supposed to use a few drops of that sauce for a while pot of food, it says so on the bottle.

I am rioting. Not only did the sausage find the odd one out, but the small part of the sausage that was disconnected from the rest of the sausage landed directly on the sausage. These events are absolutely amazing and with how incredible it is, it deserves much higher then a 3/5. I'd even say it deserves the legendary 6/5 which has rarely been given out. It might not be a big mess, but it was so unique that it will be remembered in the Will you Blow histoire. DX

For that sauce, you really did use that much lol. I normally add just a few drops of this at a time when i'm cooking. I like it because its a way to add spice to a dish without the flavor of the sauce overpowering the rest of the ingredients. But you have to use it very sparingly.

Very impressive how the little bit of the Will It Blow that didn’t come out with the rest landed right back on the end of the meat, right where it was inside the tube.

I use this sauce a lot when cooking and even a couple drops too much can make an entire pot of food way too spicy. Seeing him pour that much in the sausage mix made me flinch. That whole batch probably would’ve been fine with just 4 MAYBE 5 drops of the stuff

Have you considered getting a second rack for your toaster oven? If you put one in the oven above the first rack you can set sausages on the upper rack for better air circulation and skin crisping, then set a small sheet tray on the bottom rack to catch run-off.

I bought this hot sauce from a local store about 5 years ago, not realizing it was so hot. I got home, and put about that same amount onto a single hot dog. Scarfed it down before I realized my mistake. Two hours later I was still writhing around.

I love Dave's I used to keep one and put it on everything... just a drop. It lasted a year lmao

You will go and beat yourself up with a spicy sausage, but you wont endure the torture of making a garbage plate sausage.

I'd be kinda interested in seeing a ghost pepper sausage, or a sausage made with some kind of ghost pepper seasoning. I know Mr. Sausage has done a Carolina Reaper sausage, but Carolina Reapers were specifically bred to be intolerably hot for the sake of the challenge. Ghost peppers on the other hand are often used in regular cooking for the flavor they have.

This is the best episode that I've seen, hands down.
