Not sure that you get what that drum solo was all about. I have sent the clip to all my friends so they can appreciate the sheer sensual majesty of Snarky Puppy.
Having seen this before, I only watched Dave’s reaction to this three times today and I agree with T. Bone, it’s Snarky Puppy, waddayougonnado? I guess a Larnell Lewis Zildjian Live request would be out of the question? 😂. Thanks for a great listen and comments. ✌️
Dave there1s this new kid from South Africa Justin Lee Schultz on keys, you need to check out. His top cover is {Justin Lee Schultz Do I Do Official Music Video} by Stevie Wonder .His family lives in the US now. He was 14 -15 I think when this video was release 2 years ago. His family story is Amazing how they got here to the Us .Btw he`s a big fan of Bob James and Chick Corea! His sister is on drums on this cover video they both play MULTIPLE instruments!! Also their farther is a jazz Guitarist .The kids have released a project since they`ve lived here for about 6 years now . Love your reactions bro!
they recorded a bunch of tunes in the same day, some needed a string section, other tunes didn't. So they just sat there until Mike called up a string tune.
"These kids today with their headphones...they can't stop themselves." I listen to Dirty Loops and Snarky Puppy almost exclusively these daze 'cause I cannot get enough new pop/fusion. Dirty Loops goes outside occasionally, but they always keep it melodic and locked in. Snarky Puppy is a 'features' band of their players, and that can sometimes be too self serving. Can we get some Dregs up in this bitch sometime? 😎 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-fD9j0VfX7QU.html
Hellooo Irene =) Here is Dave's reaction to The [Dixie] Dregs and Cruise Control. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-kE98LM44_JA.html Thank you very much for the suggestion =)
The drum dude went so totally nuts I thought I was watching the last scene of "Whiplash"! Great groove thoughout and I dug the guitar solo. Superior band. Here's a track for Dave to try where the video actually reminded me of your novel "The Girl Who Chased The Shadows" in the apocalyptic future. Singer has a cool tone also! Its the band Morphide and the track, Queen Of Blame ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-3Lu_cw_K4ys.html
