Meh. I mean if you're a Bowie FANATIC, you've probably seen EVERY SINGLE CLIP in this film MANY times. If you just LIKE Bowie, this is proabably a great film for you. It was nice seeing my beloved Bowie in IMAX, but there wasnt a single clip that I hadnt seen a 1,000 times. So... MEH.
I just commented "fortunate to have seen him" serious Moonlight Tour. Toronto, I was in my late teens. Great show, great artist in so many mediums, film, music, painting etc
I'm jealous. I've been listening to David Bowie for a few months now (or maybe a whole year, idk, i haven't been counting 😂) and all i want to do is see him live as Ziggy Stardust 😭
I'm 51... And have loved him since 5th grade. Saw him live in Portland Oregon when I was 16, during his Glass Spider Tour. He changed my life. He's truly the biggest influence on my life ever. I love him more each day. Time and age and his passing make no difference on that. He's just everything to me. I was at that tour in San Jose. Also Serious Moonlight and Sound & Vision tours. He is my all time❤. Been a fan since I was 5, listening to my parents' Ziggy, Diamond Dogs and Young American albums.

Omg. This was such a wonderful experience because it was ALL DAVID. I love and miss him so much, I cried through most of it...not tears of sadness but just overwhelmed with emotions to see him again. I never wanted that movie to end.
David Bowie..what an awesome artiste,,all those albums,all those songs I just feel words are not enough, from his early Laughing Gnome days, the Lady Stardust and ofcourse everyone's favourite Starman, yeah I know its not everyone favourite, ALL Bowie wrote and and acted are all our favourites....CLASS and loads more
I'm 64 and have seen David Bowie five times, undoubtedly the best rock and roll artists ever!! He just seemed to love his audience! We lost the great one! But his music will live forever in our heart, mine for sure 🌼✌️
I miss his presence. His death has affected me more than I thought it would. It was the catalyst for the worst year of my life. Jan 10, 2016. I'll never forget that. Then Prince went ahead and died. And then Hans Gruber. It was a bad year for amazing people.
They could have left it in IMAX a little longer but the sound is the same in non- IMAX, so much fun to watch and listen to DB. Thank you Brett Morgen for choosing to let David talk for himself. Made the experience even more significant ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
i wonder what he’d think if he saw how much we all truly loved him, the movies and songs and edits, poems and books written and made about him. he had a quote, “I don’t know where I’m going, but I promise it won’t be boring.” he kept his word

Those were some nice times... Music was so eccentric and so were their artists. Everyone was so unique, clearly distinguishable, unafraid of presenting themselves as they are and just let loose. I wish current society was like this. I wish it would be cool to wear colors
I can’t explain with words all the emotions and feelings I had during the movie, really a master piece the whole world should see, I’m begging for Bowie’s or Universal release the movie on dvd, blue ray or somehow, cause is something to see over and over again.
David Bowie was a brilliant artist who managed to leave an indelible legacy for everyone who is still here on this big blue marble to continue to enjoy well after he boarded his spaceship to a new destination
It was great. I went right to the first showing. I just feel like a lot of people won’t understand what it’s all about. Seems like you have to be a Bowie fan or an artist yourself to somewhat understand. But when again, David Bowie never wanted to be mainstream, so it’s a more than fitting tribute
During the 1970s we all had David on a rainy Betamax, was a very misty vid but boy did we adore it, watched n watched, till we got an upgrade. Remember ❤😅😮
Took a bunch of acid and just got done watching it. Absolutely amazing. I really only knew a handful of songs before and had never really dug into him but I really had a blast with that
