Always ready for a brilliant "coup de theater", Bowie in one of the latest interpretations on his sardonic allegory co-written with Brian Eno: a danger of the cultural homologation in the world.
Numerous times David has played not only with the Band, but also with the public and his audience, knowing this, has created several initiatives offhand (one at random among very many, the paper planes of O Superman), then transformed into theatrical moments, elegant and funny: a further form of nonverbal communication, nevertheless intimate, that speaks of a joyful atmosphere of his concerts, of creativity, of a sincere contact between Artist & people. Many thanks my dear!
Thanks to you, dear Juli. Also I love this song, a complaint against the flattening on the original diversities of all ethnicities, on the globalization in the name of superficiality. Wherever it comes from. As David said, there is not hostility towards Americans, but "fear" for the imitative attitudes on stupid models. And the music is definitely Rock! Perhaps you meant Yassassin: so sorry, at the moment I have not the song... Thank you again, darling.
Quickly. The ancient techniques to create consensus and inurement are increasingly refined, starting from the instruction (no education to think) that tends to undermine the free will, up to the barbarity of technocracy/plutocracy, passing through the myths of welfare, cult of terror, war for peace, unification policies for stability, prophetic movements, anti-system, etc. = models "as to love". Huxley, Orwell, Lewis said much, Bowie is aware... Honored by your authoritative comment, thanks.
"Again" is too sweet ... Thanks so much for the tenacity (I had to cancel the previous upload from my main channel for copyright issues, grrr, LOL). So like you've proposed, I'm waiting for your Dutch video with joy: in whatever way you'll do it, it will be a feast for the "addicted" Bowie-audience, ha ha. A warm hug, my friend.
Dear Eran, unfortunately Bowie doesn't plan any concert, not only in Israel, but everywhere. His activity was suddenly interrupted during the "Reality Tour" in 2004 for a major health problem. Since then there have been very few times that he performed in brief appearances on stage, though (thankfully) now he's fine. The hope is still alive in his audience... who knows. Many thanks for watching.
