It doesnt take any room to do it, dont have to be in a foodball field you can be in your living room with plenty of room to get all the moves all the feeling how it liberates your shoulders and your hips for that matter you tend to move with it even though its not required but it seems to make you wanna move a little or maybe even a lot and the more you do it the more it tells you to do that.

No one in this video seems to understand what's going on- saying this was the end of his career etc- he did this video for his friend rob Moses who used these "Fibonacci sticks" I believe they're called, which are curved a certain way and it's not any more weird than tai chi and other forms of flowing movement, everybody seems to be a all over movement training now that Conor mcgregor won the belt and trains with that Ido portal guy- so tai chi and this sort of stuff isn't really all that different. So whether or not carradine was an actual user of these spiral sticks, he lent his image to help out his friends product which is a very nice thing to do. I personally haven't tried these things but one thing I've always known is to not knock something (within reason) without trying, so there.

I bought one of these from Rob Moses, and I think that it´s quite good and fun to. But I do think that Rob is more an expert with this than David was. I mean, Rob Invented the thing, so it is only natural that he is better with it.

The first time I saw this I laughed my ass off and called the man a fool, but I do tai chi now and looking at this I can see its worth. End of the day it's still a length of garden hose lol but the circular movements are good for the wrists and shoulders, if you do use your legs and hips you'll get limbered up quite nicely. Now I realise it's not as silly as it looks. RIP, grasshopper
Daniel Gould - yes true, but you don't need the retarted garden hose to do those movements. He's using Tai chi type movements to sell a piece of garden hose.
