As someone with IBS science is now starting to recognize the connection between mind, body and gut bacteria. All three of these have influence on our digestive system which can alter our mood in many different ways. Ive come to lean i am hyper sensitive to my gut due to issues ive had in the past. But through meditation and other body awareness practices have learned to calm the discomfort in my body. My stress can manifest as ibs, and my ibs can also manifest as stress on my mind. They seem to me like physiological forces that play off one another influencing my mood, energy, anxiety each day. For me i am trying to find a way for all of these parts of my body to work together in harmony. I very much appreciate your thoughts David

Other than my actions of character the greatest thing that I have ever received out of my doing or knowledge is the feeling of love helping others truly being at peace at one with everything and it's okay that it's that simple but still deeper than one could ever imagine. Peace I felt like I got wrapped up in some theological s*** greatest thing I ever got out of something is putting my lazy ass that doesn't know s*** out in nature or experiencing something new especially if it's outside of my comfort zone

Yo Dave, I have few regrets in life. I have a wife I love more than Life itself, I have a groupbof friends I would give my life for (an accomplishment for a man in his 30s) my only regret is that I never hitchhiked across the country (inspired by thumbs up). I just want you to know that I love your art and am terrified to meet you because it's a reflection of what I didn't do in life.
My uncle got stem cell transplant last year. He is a yesr into recovery and healthier than ever. He had a rare leukemia. His blood now shows him as XX instead of XY. Super crazy. Also his hair came back colored and super full. Jan 26th 2025 with be 2 year mark.
