There's places outside of LA with those prices lol. I live in Ann Arbor, there's this place called Pizza House. a Large pizza (14" 10 slices) no toppings is $26, toppings +$3.75. (Definitely not worth it) You could go a mile away and get a good higher quality large deep dish pizza for $15, or if you're desperate, Little Caesars for $5 lol. I think the most I've paid for a slice around here is $5
I mean it's just like someone deciding to buy a franchise restaurant. They don't have to make the food they just have to hire the people to make the food. And if they got the money to do it, why not?
@Laura yeah, I get her sentiment in that I would be more interested in the restaurant a YTer who did cooking related content, but I don't necessarily think the food of anyone else would be bad as long as they hire the right people. It probably won't be amazing, but it could be good.

Where I lived in the Midwest, the "Mr. Beast Burgers" on Uber Eats actually came from Red Robin. It has an exclusive menu that is not on the Red Robin one. I was NOT impressed with the food 🙄
