Demonetization has been going on for a long. RU-vid got stricter because a lot of companies started pulling away from the site. Also because the platform started to get even bigger, so they started restricting things so the companies would pay them. Of course everyone’s allowed to their opinion and I respect yours but I like pewds. Yeah what he did was totally not okay but he fucked up and this dude is from Sweden. He didn’t grow up in A place like America, where we’ve had severe racism and inequality going on for a long ass time. But in my opinion I don’t necessarily think it’s his fault that RU-vid got a lot stricter.
You can’t say someone is racist solely because they said a slur, if that were true I guess almost everyone would be a racist ,and if don’t know you know why him not being from America’s matters, you need a history lesson sis.

@mari smith I get where your coming from and honestly I hadn’t thought of that before. I wasn’t trying to excuse what he did. As a person of color it did offend me initially but I still don’t think he’s an actual racist. Everyone has different opinions and that’s okay.
It wasn’t pewdiepie. It was after a random kid was saying racist stuff on his video that had ads on it. And they started to part ways with RU-vid and that’s what caused them to start demonetizing a bunch of videos
14:11 yea thats actually wrong, he did say shit that were jokes and wsj purposely took it out of context escalating the whole situation putting pewdiepies sponsors in a corner with no other choice. So really its wsj, they felt threatened because youtube is the new thing where creators have a better connection rather than writers...smh

Lol more David reactions! The pew die pie situation was huge. Him combined with Logan Paul changed money on RU-vid a lot. I think the demonetization stuff was in the works for a while and framing Felix as a racist and a representative for the entirety of RU-vid was convenient as hell. I hate RU-vid’s rules and regulations. They crush creators before they get their start and push out the ones who depend on Adsense. I wish there were other video sharing websites that could rival RU-vid in the amount of content and creators on their sites.
