Dreams given in the Bible were interpreted by the chosen Prophets of GOD. Examples of others in the Bible doing things like this, which is part of divination, is warned against by GOD not to do because it is connecting with spirits not from GOD who wish our destruction. There is no need for an intermediary like Goli. JESUS and prayer is the intermediary. This is dangerous. Goli's conduct is evidence there is no HOLY SPIRIT in this, otherwise the fruit of it would be obvious. GOD does not need Goli's help to heal Tamar. I pray Tamar turns to GOD for her answers and healing.
