The Rapture is indeed pre trib, but many confuse the overall Matt. 24 message, the take verses 4-6 and do not understand that is exclusively a warning to the 12 disciples about the 70 AD events, hence the end is not yet. Jesus wanted them to know that If you return at that time you will be making a mistake that will cost you your life, and mislead others. Then in verse 14 he tells them what brings the end (70th week) and that only comes when the Gospel has been preached unto the whole world, and they knew of India, China and the Scythians (modern day Russia) so Jesus gave them a fail proof understanding, being God of course he did. So, they knew 70 AD was not THE END. The first of three questions in verse three was when shall these things be (Temples destruction, city being sacked). The other two questions were about Jesus return and the end of the world [as we know it now]. Verses 7-14 are about the Church Age, yes, but mostly about the Disciples lives, not the Church Age in general, its a warning of what THEY (the Disciples) must endure. The first false christ in verse 5 is about the Pharisees fulfilling John 5:43, they rejected Christ who came from God but accepted others who came as "political saviors" to save them from Rome or the "Fourth Beast". The false prophets in verse 11 were about those who false priests who worshiped Jupiter, Zeus etc. etc. having them killed because the Disciples were taking away their customers so to speak, they cried to the masters in Rome etc. etc. and were eventually allowed to kill the Disciples, thus Jesus FOREWARNED THEM this was coming but why? To PREPARE THEM, he then says only those that endure until the end [of ones life] will be saved. Thus, they all foreknew they would be killed, that is why one was semi jealous that John was not going to be killed, and Jesus rebuked him, saying if I will that he live until my return what business is that to you (paraphrasing). So, in general, preacher is correct, its not about THE END until we get to verse 15, BUT guess what, the Man in Linen told that unto Daniel, and the Man in Linen in Daniel 12 was Jesus preincarnate, so it should actually be RED LETTER. 😉
Could the new D10 that has formed out of the G7 be the 10 horns. These are democratic nations not kingdoms. But the bible says they will receive power “as kings for one hour” (not actual kings) with the beast. The D10 is a recent extension of the G7 nations. The additional 3 nations are Australia, India and South Korea. Something to watch.
